Fantastic service!!! The owner was lovely! So polite, v clear and knew his stuff. Keys cut whilst I waited and they repair handbags and watched too which is super!!! Shoes as well of course!!!! I have been here many times and the service has always been outstanding - shoes, keys + watches. They could have easily charged me for a "watch repair" for my fairly expensive watch, but they found out that it just needed to be cleaned and it wasn't actually broken so they didn't charge me for this service! So nice to have an honest service still around these days. Their watch batteries are guaranteed too as they use genuine / good brands of battery unlike some places.

I had multiple keys cut and several of my watch straps adjusted here and have always received excellent customer service every time. Despite being a humble size, the shop provides a large variety of watch straps in all colours and sizes, dry cleaning and shoe repair services, and the keys cut here are at the lowest prices you will find around London. The service here is quick and efficient, taking no more than a minute or two to cut keys. Removing your old strap and adjusting your new strap will be done for free and also take no more than a minute to do by the skilled owner, Wasim. Highly recommended.

I asked the gentleman who runs this shop- I think it’s actually a concession within a shop - to repair my backpack side zip and he was very responsive. I sent him first a picture on whatsapp to show him what was the job and he accepted to take it on. It was a very quick service and they sorted out my problem. Staff is very friendly. Wow! Key & shoe crafts truly works magic on Christian Louboutin shoes. The shoes are more comfortable after they resoled them than when they were brand new. Saved me £45. A like for like swiss battery replacement with a 3 year guarantee. He also had in stock 3 hard to find batteries for my daughters toy, she was over the moon. Very good value shoe repair on my Russell and Bromley Chelsea boots. I needed the soles replaced on both shoes, also some of the heel had worn away which he replaced for free. The gentlemen was very polit, friendly and efficient he done my shoes in 1houre and to a standard that was really impressive and I was feeling bad walking on the boots after the resole. We cut one of the security keys with Key & Shoe Crafts. Due to our clumsiness, we left the key on the counter of the shop, after paying for it. After starting to look for the missing key, we weren't aware it was left in the store - we thought we just lost it somewhere. Two weeks later we returned to the shop, to cut a new key. The manager recognised me and informed me that he has been keeping the key for all this time for us. We learned that he even ran after us that night, but just missed us. It is so great to see that honesty is still around in London. Ps: Dear "Key & Shoe Crafts" - you have found a very loyal customer for yourself!

Wasim did a great job at a reasonable price. He was courteous, efficient and responded to messages promptly. I rang up for a quote for a heel replacement on my ballroom dancing shoe. The quote was quick and sounded reasonable (between £8 and £10 for both shoes), so I popped in later. One heel was worn all the way and the other was still ok. Wasim offered to replace both for £8. I was on my lunch-break so couldn't do a while-you-wait, but he texted me later that afternoon to let me know that the shoes were ready. I arranged with Wasim for my other half to collect the shoes that evening on my behalf. Payment was made on collection. A couple of months later, I can report that the heels are holding up well. Thanks Wasim!
