Kick Game, 100%✓ Authentic Trainers at a very good prices. The Staff are so kind to let you know when they'll restock. You can buy any rare / exclusive Trainers here , like the Yeezy Boost 350 V2. Corey and Ali are the guys to ask for the best advice. Thanks 👍 Kick Game. You're the GAME' others need to Catch-up. Top notch customer services too from Ali and Corey. This place is in the Heart of the Beautiful Covent Garden. A must visit and highly recommended place if you want the Best from the Best!!!

Had to leave a review once my teenage Daughter returned from shopping and told me what a brilliant experience she had, buying from Kick Game in Covent Garden. More importantly though, I have to give a special mention to Ali who went above and beyond. The sole purpose of the trip was to buy Jordan 4 retro fire reds. Going almost everywhere in and around Oxford Street/Circus, Soho, Carnaby, Regent street etc even big brand department stores didn’t have them. Kick Game delivered…. Ali was brilliant with my Daughter. She didn’t feel pressured to buy or as if she was being rushed when trying different sizes on. It was a relaxed vibe and chill, which ultimately makes the customer feel comfortable. Will 100% be buying from here again when looking for high end trainers. Thanks Ali !!

Shout out to Melanie for making my 12 year old daughters day. We told her our budget and she helped my daughter go through all the options and let her try on various styles and gave an honest opinion. We made our purchase and left so happy. We’ll definitely return to buy more. Your staff are a credit to you. Also a mention to the lovely young lady manning the door. Didn’t catch her name but she was dressed in all black with a fierce pony tail!

Upon arrival staff were very welcoming.Ali was extremely helpful and friendly when getting me shoes to try on and made the shopping experience enjoyable when educating me on the inspiration for the shoe , an amazing worker .Very positive. I bought a pair of shoes, honestly they have several stores and in One i saw that they have two FAKE (how do I know ? The Nike writing is crooked on the back of two Nike dunks, compared to mine taken from SNIPES, won in a raffle, two completely different shoes, even the material) --> this happened in the harrods store To test this store specifically I will buy a pair of shoes and resell them on stockx, and see if they accept them to be original or not, I will then tell you if they sell original or not. 🤞🏽

Went to Covent Garden store the lady standing at the shop front had a badge hanging round her neck stating staff all over it chatting to another member of staff I politely approached her to ask her about trainers she was soooooo extremely rude looking me up and down abruptly telling me I need to go find a member of staff she carnt help I pointed out it said staff on her lanyard she tutted at me and said I’m security she was the most unpleasant shop staff I have ever come across very rude and mouthy I then found a shop assistant who was lovely all 3 assistance that helped me where very helpful polite and friendly The security guard I don’t feel should be working in that shop with her unpleasant rude manner To all the other staff thank you for your help with my purchase today

(Translated) I had a good experience and a bad one. I had been looking for shoes for my daughter for a long time, and here I found what I was looking for. The advice was good, the right shoe size was also available ... but from now on it didn't get so nice. The shoes were labeled £ 189, but the saleswoman said that there could be price differences depending on the shoe size ... and that they could cost up to £ 200. I agreed to it. When I got to the checkout and the shoes were scanned, they suddenly cost £ 239.90. I wasn't happy about this surprise. Since I wanted to pay in cash, I had to quickly check how much I had with me. I had £ 238.85 with me. The seller at the cash register didn't want to give me the shoes. But I told him that the saleswoman who had advised me said they should cost around £ 200, and the shoes were written at £ 189. I didn't get any discounts or other help. The saleswoman saw and understood the situation and was willing to pay the difference from her own pocket. I was very happy about this gesture ..... but not about the seller who didn't understand it. From the advertised price of 189 £ to the effective price of 239.90 £ is just too big a difference and I think that's not fair. I then went by again a week later and gave the difference to the nice saleswoman. It's only thanks to you that it gives it 4 stars (Original) Ich habe eine schöne und eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Ich suchte schon lange nach Schuhe für meine Tochter, hier wurde ich dann fündig. Die Beratung war gut, die richtige Schuhgrösse war auch vorhanden.... ab jetzt wurde es aber nicht mehr so schön. Die Schuhe waren mit 189£ angeschrieben, die Verkäuferin meinte aber das es je nach Schuhgrösse beim Preis Unterschiede geben könnte.... und diese bis 200£ kosten könnten. Ich war damit einverstanden. Als ich dann an der Kasse war und die Schuhen eingescannt wurden, kosteten diesen plötzlich 239.90£ Ich war nicht glücklich über diese Überraschung. Da ich bar zahlen wollte musste ich kurz nachschauen wieviel ich dabei hatte. Ich hatte 238.85£ dabei. Der Verkäufer an der Kasse wollte mir die Schuhen nicht geben. Ich sagte ihm aber das die Verkäuferin die mich beraten hatte meinte die sollten um die 200£ kosten, und angeschrieben waren die Schuhe mit 189£. Ich bekam kein Rabat oder sonstige Hilfe. Die Verkäuferin sah und verstand die Situation und war bereit die Differenz von von eigener Tasche zu zahlen. Ich war sehr froh über diese Geste..... nicht aber über den Verkäufer der kein Verständnis dafür hatte. Von einem angeschriebenen Preis von 189£ zu dem effektiven Preis von 239.90£ ist halt schon ein zu grossen unterschied und ich finde das ist nicht fair. Ich bin dann eine Woche später nochmals vorbei gegangen und habe der nette Verkäuferin den Unterschied zurückgegeben. Nur dank Sie gibt es 4 Sterne
