C. R.We walked in to the store to purchase one more Longchamp bag. My friend has many and was looking for a new blue one.
The store was busy with about 3 customers, from the same family and there was only one sales assistant. We couldn't find the right size. Once the customers left my friend asked for the required size.
She was helpful and located the one we were looking for but than she attended others. My friend than decided not to buy and go to her local store.
S.Noelia provided one of the best customer services I have ever received. Such a friendly staff member who made me feel comfortable testing out bags and provided great advice!
