D. L.Perfect service! Went in today to exchange a bag purchased online. The sales person was sublime! She showed me the colour I thought I wanted but then saw how much I love bright colours, she recommended a different one which I love! Attentive, professional and very helpful. Was definitely worth the hour trip to the boutique!

M. R.I had the same problem as Diane M the pliage neo bag I bought 2 years ago and zip came off. I had to wait for 10 days and paid £21😡!!! Why the customers don't have the same treat?? 🤔🤔
