Good value for money. Highly recommend. I brought them one pair of shoes as the first try (which worked perfectly well), and later brought them literally all my heels that needed a bit of repair, as well as old winter boots with an absolutely worn sole - and they fixed them all. Once it was the same day service (usually it is next day or later, depending of work complexity). They also fixed zipper slider, which was broken, without changing the whole zip or damaging the boots - £10, happy me. Friendly guys, fast service, very nice value for money! Will go to this service again. Highly recommend.

Excellent! The salesman was friendly with a can-do attitude and immediately agreed to re-heel a pair of shoes within 45 mins, even though I took them in after 1 pm. Now that's what I call good service!

I wanted to add the shoe soles for my new boots, just a little bit worry when I found the small shop in the shopping mall. But it turned out to be much better than some other famous stores I used to chose in the past, very professional and quick, recommend!

I popped in and he made himself available to come over to unlock my door. Was trusted to pay later, nor did I ask a quote before he came over, nor knew how much it cost, even after he left. Also did my boots and stitched them back. Bought laces to replace fraying ones. A humble, trustworthy skillful man. When in doubt, pop in, say hi and buy some laces. Connect with your local cobbler & locksmith, which I did so originally. Then I knew who to ask for help, when I got locked out. Its much better than calling a number in an emergency in telephone book, hopefully with your mobile&wallet&keys conveniently in hand.

This is the best shoe repair service I have ever had. The gentleman fixed three pairs of shoes for me - some of them were worn down wooden heels which he managed to repair flawlessly. He not only replaced the rubber part of the heel, but also repaired and replaced the damaged wood. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of the repair! All three pairs were done by the next day - very fast turn around. Highly recommended!

Both heels on my designer stilettos have been recovered in such a perfect way that I couldn't believe my own eyes! The service was great, super affordable and quick! The guy REALLY knows what he is doing! Super impressed.

I had two pairs of boots repaired, one pair needed their soles reattached and the second pair one needed a new zip, both were repaired beautifully and in good time, thank you so much, it's been a joy to be able to wear my lovely boots again.
