Love their stylish shoes, very nice collection to pick from. However, customer service was a bit rude. I was attended by someone who initially seemed unwilling to serve me, awkward, and when she brought back the shoes, she placed them on the table instead of near the sitting area, inconvenient. Additionally, during checkout, she proceeded to whisper to her cashier, rude. This is my first time in London coming from the US, and this is not acceptable. Styles are great though!

My experience at Russell and Bromley was exceptional. I was greeted by an extremely polite and helpful salesperson named Justine. She helped my find my perfect fit while I tried on many different types of boots. I'll admit I'm not the most decisive shopper but she was not pushy at all and she really went out of her way to help me. I had just started looking for boots and stopped by here just to browse, Justine wrote down the boots I liked and the prices so I could pop by later if I wanted to buy them. I would definitely recommend this shop for a great shopping experience. Oh, and the boots are really nice too!

Had the loveliest experience as a result of one of the staff here. I really cant remember if he told me his name but he was the only male in the store and helped me so much with finding sizes and colours for some bridesmaid shoes. Will definitely be coming back now that I know such wonderful staff work here!

What a brilliant customer experience, myself and my partner are from Australia and we were looking in the window early one morning when a lovely girl asked if she could help us an hour before the store opened. This turned out to be Lindsy who was the store manager. She was so helpful and pleasant we went back and was served by Ada who was also pleasant and helpful and a very good saleswoman as she even managed to sell one of their exceptional products(boots) to my partner as well as several pairs to myself. Both the service and the products are fantastic and we will certainly be back next time we are in the UK.

Although I did not buy anything today that's not because I did not like anything. It's because I could not justify buying more footwear and considering where I could store additional footwear! Always find good quality and stylish shoes here. Pricey but you know you are getting quality here and not the deteriorating quality of other high street brands such as Clark's and others. I guess the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. My favourite formal shoes are from here and some 12 years old. Still perfectly good for use though!

Bought a pair of shoes for £450 last week and had a problem with them. I went in store expecting a battle to exchange for a new pair and was very surprised how sweet and helpful the staff were there. Within 2 days they had ordered me in a pair to replace my faulty pair and had them ready for me when I popped into store. Definitely the best R&B store that I have visited.

Just visited this store as I had a problem with a pair of my shoes. The assistant manager Jen and the store manager Emma were so helpful and friendly and replaced my shoes with no questions asked! Great friendly service, would definitely recommend and will be back with my new loyalty card!

The shoes are great. However not the delivery service. They didn’t have new ones for my size so they ordered online to deliver to my office. They got two letters wrong in my name, including the first letter of my last name. I was almost not able to get the package because of this.
