I recently purchased a pair of trainers from this store, when I returned home I found they had made a mistake with my trainers, I called Oxford Street and spoke to Cleo, who was very apologetic and so helpful. Cleo contacted the Skechers branch near me and organised for me to take them back for exchange. I understand that it was their error but the customer service to put things right was excellent, from both stores. Thank you.

I have never shopped at sketchers before, but the staff working today on 16/6 were so helpful, they must all have happy feet! I wanted to try every shoes there and they were very accommodating. I got one pair (very cute and comfy and the style I was looking for) and hope to check out the store now in my home town. I came out for shoe shopping initially at the neighbouring stores but they were no where near as helpful, therefore I couldn’t buy from them. Really great customer service to help me get what I came for!! A big thanks.

The shoes are nice, but the last pair I've gotten from Skechers barely lasted a year, so probably not really with the price. The staff is helpful, but because sometimes it can take ages to fetch the shoes from the basement storage. Last time took them 15 minutes to just get me the shoes I've already decided I'm going to buy.

The staff in this store are really friendly and keen to help. Mo, the manager on duty today when I visited was amazingly accommodating and super helpful. He generously offered a refund on one pair of trainers, and was able to offer a credit note for another pair as the merchandise wasn't quite up to scratch. Thanks so much to Mo for excellent customer service. I would highly recommend a visit to this store.

Always happy shopping at Skechers 42-46 Oxford St London. Yesterday they went above and beyond being helpful in my choice of shoes. The size 12.... I wanted was not in stock. They rang other Skecher stores and found a size 12 for me at Westfield at Stratford. I collected the shoes yesterday evening and could not happier. There really isn't anything bad to say about this store. For one, the staff is friendly and very welcoming giving you a nice stomach feeling from the moment you enter. The selection of shoes is incredible and there is something for everybody. Prices are very reasonable and should become anybody's go-to shoe shop. I visited the sketchers shop last week and I just wanted to say a very big thank you to the girl with black hair I don’t remember her name but I think she told me she was polish, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I entered I felt welcomed and I didn’t feel like I was being pestered by rats like I usually feel when I go into Clarke’s for example. This young lady deserves a medal for her confidence her aura her attitude towards a customer, she was hilarious and I didn’t even go in to buy anything I just wanted to browse but her good looks enticed me into looking at shoes just so I could converse with her more. I am still a bit sad I didn’t get her name as she didn’t have a name badge (strange). Thank you for the great service sketchers 12/10 I will be recommending this store in my next meeting at work. Great customer service! I was at the shop today because I had a problem with a pair of shoes that weren't covered by the guarantee any longer. I spoke with a manager and the problem was sorted within a few minutes, then a member of staff spent time making sure I got a replacement pair that suited me. I must say I really love Sketchers trainers. They're just amazingly light and comfortable, few shows can compare to them on every day use. When buying shoes here the staff are very helpful and will direct you to the right shoes for your needs, such as running or walking, and they will be able to assist you with sizes as needed. I find myself always going back here for new pairs of shoes, which speaks to how good these are.
