I saw some negative reviews about the staff, so I have to say that in the two times I visited (to purchase a pair, and then to exchange for a different size & colour) I encountered only helpful and friendly employees who understood my needs and were very happy to help.

We found this place by chance while on a trip and loved the concept. We gave the artist 2 photos, one of each of our dogs as well as names and the product came today. A pair of unique high top trainers with beautiful, realistic paintings on. The concept and artist is exquisite. Exceptional job we couldn’t be happier with the product! Thanks so much!

Having ordered Superga Pebbleleam on line there was a size problem so I arrived at their shop at 53A Neal St and the staff there were extremely helpful, and my replacement pair arrived at my home 2 days later free of delivery charge, and they fit perfectly, Super 5 * service at the store and great shoes, well done !!!!
