Repaired my waterproof golf bad large pocket which I received back within days. Bag looks brand new and saved me well over £100 than having to buy a new bad. Absolutely brilliant job! Great communication! Leather pencil case zip broken for many years, so decided on a repair. The replacement runner & pull were carefully chosen by Zip Experts to match the badge on the front of the case (see before & after pix): I asked for the front pocket pull to be replaced to match, which they did. Not only was the zip repair great they polished the leather, which had dried out. The case is as good as new. Chuffed to bits. 100% recommend.

A pleasure to meet Nas and his wife, who were able to fix a tricky broken zip in a technical outdoor waterproof jacket. They made the repair within an hour so I was able to have a coffee and a wander around a nearby park then collect the repaired jacket straight away. The alternative would have been an expensive 6-week process returning the coat to the manufacturer in Switzerland. Delighted to have been able to use a family business in London instead. Great value. I am glad that there are people taking care of maintaining and repairing, where the general trend seems more oriented towards producing items not meant to last. Incredible service. Sent a picture of my bag (Powakaddy Dri Series) with a broken top pocket zip. Dropped it off at 1045am and it was repaired by 1215pm. 100% would recommend. They repaired 3 jackets for me: (1) a very expensive Bally jacket, the zip of which could not go up or down; (2) a leather hooded jacket (the same issue); and (3) a gilet (same issue). The Zip Experts repaired all three for £75! (which I think is a bargain). The customer service was also impeccable. The manager carefully explained the issue with each jacket and the turn-around (one week) was fair. When I picked up the jackets, I could not believe just how smooth the zips were. Problem solved! I would use again without any hesitation. If you have a jacket that has a zip problem, these are the people to go to.

Top marks for a top job at a really great price, bag zip duly restored along with a Velcro fastening (which they sorted without my having asked them, it was even included in their original cost so effectively carried out free of charge). Customer service was excellent, what not to like! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would return to ZipExperts myself in the future should the need arise. Really useful to know this company exists for such problems. Thank you!

What a great experience. The communication was fast and easy over email, which made me confident to post a bag and jacket to have the zips repaired. When I went to collect in person, we discovered the jacket zipper needed more work. I love this company - real professionals at a fair price. Thank goodness I don't have to find a replacement for my 30+ years old suitcase that I know and love and which is perfect for my needs. Zip Experts didn't even have to replace the damaged zip on my Samsonite, they simply repaired it instead at a fraction of the cost for a replacement zip to be fitted. One slider had come off the teeth on one side and so had to be removed from the zipper and refitted to close the teeth on both sides so as to engage with each other. Also, there were four places where the tape had come away from the suitcase and one where the teeth had completely detached from the tape and all of these problems were fixed and in only a week. You won't believe it, if I tell you how little it cost, so I'll just say that it was well under half of the lowest possible three digits of £s!!! So don't throw away your much-loved old suitcase, if the zip goes, just get it fixed by ZipExperts.

I really recommend that you use this place if you need anything such as keys cut or repairs. Bill and his wife are so friendly and professional and great at what they do and their prices are reasonable. They have shortened new dresses, repaired a broken workbag and now it is stronger than when it was new. They changed the size of my son's new boxing shorts which I couldn't return. Their attitude is that most things are achievable and they have some good quality items for sale also.
