I get quite busy with family life and work... But when I go to Timberland when I’m need of something like say a T-Shirt/Jacket or kids shoes, I FIND IT without having to go to many shops without finding the right thing(s). The team at timberland is cool. The manager is so knowledgeable. This is a family store, it’s clean, smells nice, stock always in. Complete not a waste of time...Il be back.

Facts, stats and snaps. Just 3 words to sum up my adventure in Timberland today. This is the place you didn't think you needed. Ive always thought I was a shoe size 10.5 but in just 10 minutes i learnt the secrets to mastering you true shoe size and ultimately your true self. Customer service never seemed so good.

I am very pleased of the girl who works there - she was extremely nice, kind and helpful. I went to JD sports on the 2nd floor and I had the worst experience there with staff members being rude , unhelpful and impatient getting me nervous to a point I couldn’t imagine was possible - I was trying to buy a pair of Timberland shoes there and someone told me that there was a Timberland store on the first floor . So glad that I went there and I picked an even better model from the one that I saw and wanted to buy at JD sports. I don’t know if this review will get to that girl but if it did I just want to say - girl thank you , may God bless you with all the health and luck - you made my day brighter and made me keep my faith in humanity. Timberland have got a great sale on at the moment, I went in a week ago got a loose with the bank card. Took some t shirts away but the sizes were wrong as different shirts come up different sizes if you choose a small in one type it isn’t a small in another style. Not the staffs fault but still strange.so brought them back to exchange, had no trouble. The manager (didn’t grab his name ) young fella couldn’t of been more helpful or pleasant despite being pulled in every direction by shoppers he was still keeping an eye on every customer he was dealing with spot on, also the young girl working there equally as nice and helpful. In a time where young people are getting bad press I think it’s important to recognise nice young hard working people best customer service out of all the shops in Brent Cross
