Lovely staff. Spent a day out in London but I wore heels and wanted a new pair of shoes to change in to. Found a pair I liked but kept finding little scratches so I kept asking for a different pair. Didn't get any attitude from the staff though, they were all understanding and friendly.

I bought my timberlands in this shop, at first, I wasn't sure about my size especially for the boots, so I needed to ask them the biggest that I know would fit me which is the 10 and half and start from there. This lovely lady named Noman helped me to figure out which size would fit me the best. I highly appreciate her service and went extra mile. Good job.

I don't normally leave reviews but i have to commend the customer service i recieved from the timberland Oxford Street store, in particular Mafalda, who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. I don't live in London, and the boots I wanted were in the Carnaby st shop. Mafalda personally had the boits transferred and then facilitated my purchase remotely.. And then shipped the boots i ordered to my home address in Wales. This is simply the best customer service I have ever experienced shopping anywhere, thank you so much!

A smaller, one floor store (as opposed to the Regent street branch, which has two floors). Helpful and patient staff who are happy to give recommendations as to product longevity, aftercare products and material quality of the footwear themselves.

Very efficient service for a busy Sunday afternoon. It would be a matter of minutes before different sizes were brought to you. Also great that you can sign up to the 10% online discount for new subscribers in store, and use this discount on sales item. Best shoe service from a high street store, period.

First of all I want to say thank you very much for the service with the 3 wonderful staffs I had at the timberland store on Oxford Street on October 31st. I arrived at the store with my mother and was attended by Mafalda, who is always smiling, friendly, available to help and also offering and advising the best comfortable shoes. I have no word to describe on this day that I was very pleased with help, and if I were to choose to give the merit and for the best Staff of the month would be for Mafalda. 5 stars for her and excellent professional. The man who works there and the woman who works On the till are amazing,funny, friendly and excellent professionals. I recommend this store to those who Want ideas and opinions about shoes , friendly staff and if you come to this store you will find excellent customer service and friendly to be honest I don’t have words to describe how I was happy on that day . My favorite store thank timberland's teams oxford street. I will back soon 😊

Lovely, good quality clothing, footwear and accessories. The staff are friendly, and if need be, very helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted a pair of boots yesterday, and although they did not have my size, they checked other branches for me, and found the shop kn Regent Street a few minutes away had some in stock. So I didn't waste my trip! Highly recommended.

Had minor fault on new boots that some might have ignored (stitching of timberland badge on tongue was a little wonky) exchanged no fuss even though I had worn boots for a month before noticing. Service was brilliant. Highly recommend. Nobody’s product line is perfect, but it’s how they respond when it does go wrong and on this occasion the service was 5 star 👍

Great shop! Staff seemed a bit harassed and stressed out quite badly which in turn made me feel a bit rushed. I did get the shoes that I was looking for though and they were really helpful in letting me try on 3 different sizes as I have awkward feet!

In the hunt for warm waterproof boots I had been to many stores, both Timberland and other brands, and no one new their shoes and gave great customer service like these guys. They were so great that I took my husband there to get him a pair of boots and while we were there a staff member noticed that my timberlands (1 year old) were faulty, when I didn't even realise. And just like my boots were exchanged and we both walked out with new boots and very happy.

Excellent, knowledgeable sales people. They took the time to understand what type of shoes I needed and stayed patient as I changed my mind several times asking them to to fetch more styles and sizes. In the end they made a Timberland fan out of me.
