Flawless repair job. One of the zips on my boots was completely broken, but was fully replaced in just a few days..... Impossible to tell which shoe has the original zip and which is the new one!

Only popped in as they are based near my new office. Used twice. My Italian monk strap shoes, resoles and heels, with a nice polish up. My brogues, new heels and a complete removal of wax and polish. Both fantastic. Highly recommended. Chris

This review is for Luggage repairs done by Mark. The clasp of the zip of my suitcase was ripped off when I picked up my suitcase from the airport, so I couldn't close my suitcase anymore. I reached out to Mark to see if he could fix it and the whole communication back and forth was smooth and professional. I had no idea what had happened to my suitcase and how this could have happened, Mark quickly diagnosed the cause, customs ripped off the clasp to check the content of the suitcase (it was locked with a small locker). At least now I know... Mark did a great job fixing the suitcase on short notice, I am confident that I can use my suitcase for a few more years. We both agreed that it is better to fix something than to throw it out and pollute the environment more :). Also, really fair pricing, I would highly recommend Mark, thank you!

It was really important for me to be looking my absolute best. I thought about buying new shoes then decided the most cost effective option was a re-heel and leather sole, the only problem was this option required an overnight service. I called several other places before finding and calling Tower Bridge Shoe & Luggage repairs. I found that the service could be offered and delivered as per my expectations. The shoes came back on time looking better than they have in years due to an extra free service. Needless to say I did look the part and the day in question went very well indeed. I've been using Tower Bridge shoe repairs to get my shoes & leather goods repaired for 5 years. Very professional service unlike City Cobblers across the street (who botched my white Paul smith brogues and a leather bag ). I thought they closed down over covid but am glad to see that he's just moved around the corner from his old shop.

Mark is the absolute best. He has rehealed, resoled, saved many of my shoes (especially as I walk on average 15,000 steps a day and 30,000 steps a day during campaign times) He has also restored some of my favourite handbags. I highly recommend his work.

Exceptional. I have been coming here for 14 years or so. Mark is a craftsman who knows how shoes are made and provides excellent service. I bring all my shoes here, as a result my Jimmy Choo boots, Marant Dicker boots are all in excellent condition. Simply care for your shoes, use shoe horns, put on rubber soles, leather soles, leave it to the expert here to advise you. The shoes will then bring you comfort and joy for a long time. I've had keys cut, bag straps repaired, leather belts fixed, batteries fitted. I won't change something which works, that is coming here to the best man in the business. Thank you

Warm welcome. Helpful and detailed advices. Brought a destroyed pair of Italian men shoes. Review to be completed next week when I will take the pair after repair. Leather sole shall be replaced by a gum sole and heal completely remodeled.

This Shoe Repair shop is fantastic! Mark rescued a pair of brand new expensive boots for me. On wearing them for the first time I dropped laundry stain remover on them leaving a big mark. When I got them back you couldn't see the stain at all, you wouldn't have been able to tell which boot was stained! So pleased as the boots would have been unwearable otherwise. Thank you!

I took in two pairs of boots to be re-souled. They came back literally better than new, and far better than they were immediately prior. The shoes regained their structure and integrity. He's an artist and a craftsman, and I won't trust my shoes to anyone else.

Absolutely fantastic. Walked straight in to have some keys cut and I was looked after straight away. Very reasonably priced - 2 keys for £7. AND he has two big old rescue dogs that you can pat while you wait. Absolute treat. Can't wait until I have some more keys to cut so I can pat the dogs :)

Mark did a fantastic job, replacing Dainite soles on a pair of Trickers and a pair of Crockett and Jones boots. Both pairs now look as good as new and were repaired at a fraction of the cost of sending the shoes back to the manufacturer. I no longer live close to Tower Bridge Shoe Repairs but will always get me shoes repaired here.

Hi there, I have tried getting on contact by phoning and texting but I guess you are shut because of lockdown. Around 2 months ago I dropped a black bag off for refurbishment and paid the full amount on the day. Because of lockdown I have been unable to collect it. Please may you hold onto the bag until lockdown is over and I am able to collect it? I definately still want the bag and i am worried you have not got my messages! Thanks a lot.
