I love my ugg boots a lot. It protects my feet and keep it warm. Just do not let it get wet. It worth every penny.

There was a chick who greeted me in December. I looked at some boots and they were very expensive, and more expensive once converted to USD. But man, with her British accent, I'd buy those boots just to hear her talk some more. I'd melt in front of her face.

Great service from the staff even though the place was crowded. The range of waterproof shoes are quite extensive. A must buy for people whose feet get cold easily in cold weather

Was in there with a female friend. Good shoes but the service was weak. We waited quite a while before anyone bothered to take notice of us. And the place was almost empty.

Ultra-crowded all the time, and not ashamed of making people queue in front of the shop and stand in the rain. Employees are all right, but this is definitely not their best store.
