Lovely shoes I bought a pair and my daughter saw a pair she liked but they had broken strap fasteners. She ordered a pair but they came back the same. They were for her wedding too. Quality like that wasnt expected from Aldo.

I was actually bringing a bag back that broke on me, so i wasn't in the best of moods, going in. I didn't have a receipt and to be honest wasn't expecting them to change it for me. but they did! better still the staff members went out of there way to help me. i ended up buying another bag before i left! great customer service and lovely handbags :)

The staff in this shop are great. Even when my size wasn't available in store they got them sent to my flat instead. Fantastic customer service on the phone as well as in the store. The Hi Tops look great too. Thank you to all at ALDO

This was a great experience. Price was reasonable for example you can buy amazing Sun glasses for 12 gbp and 2 for 20. What I really liked about this store was they had quality over quantity and most of the items available were amazing

Great in the sales, always lower prices, great to get some summer shoes even when the season still going on, same at winter!

Half reviews are positive, and the other one is negative, i think there are staff who are not doing their jobs seriously. There should be a superior who can check the rota and the days of negative reviews published here. (Google sends emails on every review)

I like Aldo. Always have from when i started using theor products but was disappointed that items ordered since boxing day (december 26th) are yet to fully arrive at their outlet at intu Trafford center..i was told the number of days for shipping and by 2nd January, i will the items.. long story short,i have received only 3 of my 6 items ordered and paid for.. Still a great brand for it's budget and would recommend them however, based on delivery, one should be careful if you want those items on the promised date...

Trafford centre. Nice shop and staff. Small premise so offering a limited range. Bit of a crush, kept bumping into other customers, awkward! Expensive though..
