Had a fault with a pair of shoes within a few weeks of purchase, so emailed Ego around 7pm. I received a reply the same evening and by the following afternoon I had received a replacement pair. I can honestly say I have never known such excellent customer service. Very impressed!

This store is fantastic! The shoes are of excellent quality! They are well-fitting, have a wide range of options and styles to choose from, and are, most importantly, competitively priced. I adore Ego Shoes; I've been shopping there for a little over a year and it has yet to disappoint me.

Don’t waste your time. Shop somewhere else. 6 days and still processing and no update. I wish I’d have read the trust pilot reviews before buying. I would have gone else where to get my things in time for my holiday. Utter rubbish O.N 002745371 and I have emailed help@ego multiple times. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Update: pair of shoes were out of stock and made my order go back into the system or something, but soon as they saw they rectified it and sent my parcel next day delivery

These are the most beautiful and elegant pair of shoes. I put them on and my feet look and feel rich. They arrived in record time, 4 days earlier than expected. I ordered a size 11 bc I thought they would run small. I could have ordered a 10. I’m ROCKING these bad babies!!!

This is my first time ordering from Ego Shoes and I am sold. The service was amazing I had a question and sent an email and I was offered an answer immediately. And what was amazing was the delivery time. I did regular 6-8 days shipping and I got the shoes in 2 days. Amazing. The shoes are also very comfortable. Looking forward to getting a few more pairs.

I purchased these shoes in both black and beige. I had no issues with the beige, however I was sent two right shoes with the black pair. I contacted customer service and it took them about a week to get me the new pair. Upon inspecting my new pair, I discovered they sent me the wrong size. I sent them another message on September 4th and I have not yet hear back from them we're now on September 14th, their website states they have 72 hrs to follow up. I feel like I am being ignored at this point and I am extremely frustrated. This is an update to my last review. Shortly after writing this review I was contacted by Katy from Ego Shoes. She was able ship out these shoes in the correct size and I received them a few days later and could not be happier. Thank you Katy

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes and i love them all 😍 Their website is really nice and they have a lot of different shoes and also accessories to choose from. I ordered some heels, sandals and some boots. They all fit perfectly, are so comfortable and look just like the pics on their website. They were delivered very fast and were packed really good so the shoes wouldn’t be damaged during delivery. Defenitely going to order more! ❤️

Over the last four years, anytime that I have placed an order at Ego I have never encountered an issue. The customer service team has always been on hand to answer emails when I've had queries. A few times, the shoes that I had ordered were on pre-order which meant even though I had placed an order for shoes, they would be dispatched at a later date. At the time, I didn't read the description of this but, when I emailed the customer service team they explained all this procedure thoroughly to me. I have always received my shoes on time, there has never been an issue with delivery. I absolutely love Ego for their beautiful shoes and will continue to order from them! I would recommend everyone to buy from this company. You won't be let down!

EGO Shoe's customer service was super helpful with me and my situation. I had recently received a pair of shoes that appeared worn with stains on the top and bottoms of the sole, and they allowed me to exchange with a completely new pair. The fact that they normally don't do returns to customers in the US really shows how much they went out of their way to resolve my issue. They even waived my return shipping fee! Not to mention all of their shoes are so cute and stylish! 5/5 rating!!
