We went here for kids school shoes and the lady serving us was lovely and super helpful. It loses a star just because of the range of shoes we need to choose from could of been bigger.

I just love this brand. I will always wear Clarks. I just bought some trainers and it feels so confortable and the prices are very acceptable when they have discounts. My ant bought a pair of sandals for only 19£.

Tried to get some pretty shoes for my wedding. Boots and trainers in abundance...pretty shoes.. don't bother.

Anaya was really fantastic when I came to get my kids' shoes fitted. Softly spoken and very polite and proactive. My kids have never been so calm for a fit! Thank you very much!

Very helpful ream but very busy so call and book in advance- I book for my husband so good even if its for adult shoes, not just kids. It's also nice not to have to join the queue to get in or be seen. :) 😀

Good, solid, well made shoes which generally wear well. Not the cheapest shoes but a lot less than many and quality is commensurate with the price. Knowledgeable staff for measuring children's feet and advising. The shoe equivalent of M&S clothes, may be seen as staid and yesterday but good quality durable products at a sensible price. Nice shopping environment too, clean and modern, bright and spacious.

Very helpful staff. Very busy in the run up to children returning to school after the holidays, Clarks had lots of staff on hand to help with measuring and fitting. Informative, helpful and polite staff. A wide range of different shoe styles also. Will definitely be returning again.

I love Clarks shoes, we take our 4 years old to measure his feet and get new shoes. The shoes are alway comfy. Although I think they are a bit pricey I tend to buy mine on sale. For my little one I can't wait for sales so we buy normal price. But they are good.

Large selection of kids, men's and women's shoes. Lots of staff to reduce waiting times. Ticket system is used especially at weekends. If local, I would avoid visiting at weekends to avoid waiting with a restless child needlessly. Clarks children's shoes are unmatched in my opinion, multiple widths and half sizes available. If you have children you will go here. Great sales when they have them and my partner loves buying many of her shoes here based on quality and comfort. Parents beware store location is opposite build-a-bear and an ice cream parlour so your kid's eyes will be drawn to them! ;)

Very helpful especially if you are looking for your babies first walking shoes. They have the right equipment for measuring your babies feet so insuring the perfect fit and there is enough growing room.

I genuinely love clarks for the single reason that their shoes are top quality and probably the most comfortable ones also. Every year I buy two-three pairs (different desings and styles) that last me at least 1 year of daily hard use and abuse. The reason I buy new ones every year is that I get bored of them otherwise the shoes can last 2-3 years easily.

When ordering shoes for your kids - don't listen shop assistant if they tell you to order shoes in size your child currently is! Make sure you order 0.5 size bigger if you want shoes to last more than few weeks.

After wearing Clarks sandals, my 15 months old got cuts and bruises and at the end his half the nail of the left foot was gone, was in terrible pain for 2-3 days. Couldn't wear anything for 3 weeks.. Was always in my arms outside of the house even in 30-32 degrees. At the end after chasing them couple of times, they just refunded got refund of sandles. Thts it..

Very helpful member of staff measured little ones feet but was busy and did not offer to show us any shoes bit did say ask if you need any more Help. You get a ticket and wait for your number to be called.

I used to buy all of my shoes here, but then it became very expensive as my shoe size increased. The shoes I liked were £50 and I got some adidas superstars at another store for £45...
