Sophie served me on Friday evening. I was purchasing the vegan Chelsea boots having previously had issues with size. She was incredibly helpful, and spent time measuring my feet, checking different sizes and ensuring my new pair were comfortable. The new boots are incredibly comfortable; other friends are buying the same boots on the back of this. They look amazing with jeans and dresses, even great for work. A huge thank you to Sophie at the Milton Keynes store.

I visited Doc Martens today and was served exceptionally well by Davidzo. She was fantastic and really helpful without the pressure to make a purchase. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone.

Dr Martens is open again. Lovely selection of everything DM in a nice bright store. Staff are friendly and helpful and model DMs very well. Now In the Intu part of the city centre.

I went on 29/12/21 and the staff there were all lovely! Helped me when my size wasn’t available in the colour of boots I liked, so they helped me try on a different colour and order the one I did want for home delivery. All staff were busy that day but ensured fast service and were all so helpful and friendly! Ella looked after my transaction when I was there but all staff should be recognised for their fab service x

Can not explain how excellent the customer service in this shop is. Came in yesterday to get my son school shoes. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a hello. The lady that served us, I believe was called Amie was so helpful and knowledgeable with finding the perfect shoes for my son. Made the shopping experience a joy. Thank you!

Really helpful staff. Only down was having to pay for insoles with new shoes when that was only way to get the right fit. Won't be doing that again

We visited the store just before Christmas just looking to see what they had, the selection was good & the layout & atmosphere of the store made shopping easier. I must thank Ryan for his excellent customer service. He knew when to approach us, listened to our needs & closed the sale very effectively he is a credit to the store. I just hope the puppy does not chew this pair of boots up!

I've always dressed quite boring and recently just wanted to try something else a little different for me, and I've gotta give full credit to Francesca (I believe that was her name, sorry if I've got it wrong) who served me on her last shift before the second lockdown. She gave me ideas of what to wear the boots with and was an encouraging and genuinely lovely person. A real credit to the store.

Not the cheapest of places, but Docs are Docs and last for years (in my experience)! Great store. Great staff which don't pounce on you the minute you walk through the door... They actually give you freedom to browse.

This store has excellent customer service. I was served by a lovely guy called Ross who was extremely helpful, friendly and a pleasure to interact with! Highly recommend the store and especially Ross!
