I had the potential to be that nightmare customer, bringing a Web order back for exchange on a Saturday afternoon. So impressed with how my enquiry was dealt with such ease. The shop was so busy, but there were still staff available to support from the moment I entered. Supported by Olivia and also a manager, who was an obvious presence supporting her colleagues on the shop floor. Super speedy, efficient service with a smile. Well done Schuh!

Today I have spoken, by phone, to staff in Milton Keynes and Rushden Lakes stores. Sadly they could not resolve my problem but they certainly tried. Great shop, great atmosphere, well mannered and helpful staff. Just a shame checkout takes so long, only 1 till and no one seemed to know how to use it properly!

Nice clean and presented store. They offer a lot of brands such as Lacoste, Nike and Converse. Some shoes I not heard of the brand and also shoes mate from recycling material. Wouldn't say it is cheap but on par with other retailers.

Very helpful staff who were great at advising me on what Nike air max trainers they had in stock due to phenomenal demand. Eventually sold on some of the newer ones they had. Service was great, they bought a few different sizes down for me to try on and were very quick and processing my order. Many thanks guys!

Friendly and nice shoe shop and great selection of mens trainers and womens and got a kids section abit like clinks and the colleague's are very helpful and friendly i been in here a couple of times and I went today and had a look around and I brought some new balances as a Christmas present and thanks to Jessica for helping me with the options and they were £54.00 and had a great experience in here I would recommend this store

Had to recently return a faulty pair of trainers that I had bought at the beginning of the year. No problem at all getting a refund. Manager and staff very pleasant and helpful. Schuh in CMK is always my first choice of store when I need any footwear. Always a good experience.

Very good. No need to go to the front desk to purchase. Someone will come directly to you on the soft sofas with card machines and collect payment. You can leave instantly. Very organised location

Amazing selection of footwear, they never have shoes not in my size and to be honest, whenever I come here for some shoes I never leave empty handed. I also love their tote bags you can get and you can get the bags without even getting a single pair of shoes ! Really great place and so lovely staff

Love this shop they always have loads of different styles of shoes and the staff are always helpful and friendly, they'll always spend all the time you need to make sure you leave with the right shoes for you. Shame I can never remember how to spell their name if I'm looking for them online. Not really their fault though.
