A great experience this morning. Never been there before and was unsure about which styles would suit my foot problem. Joshua helped me find the best types for me to try. Nothing was too much trouble for him and although it was quite busy in the store, he didn't rush me at all. I'm really happy with the shoes I bought. The manager, Liam, was also very pleasant. All in all, I'd give this store 10/10

Well stocked with a wide variety of trainers and walking shoes. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, because my feet are wide and I find the high back on most of their footwear irritates me, I couldn't find anything to purchase. Their prices are also fairly high but no higher than most other places.

Always a good experience. Bought more shoes here yesterday, the young man (can't believe how old I feel saying that) was extremely polite and helpful. All they need to do is fix the gum machine and it's happy times again. The balls do not have COVID, let the chewing commence!!

I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the level of service Liam and Daisy provided at this branch of Sketchers. Due to long term injury I has some special requirements regarding shoe fitting and talking to Liam I knew I was in expert hands. Liam’s product knowledge was extensive and he was both friendly and sincere in his recommendations. Daisy was able to correctly size the footwear options so they were a comfortable and safe fit. I did not feel rushed in anyway even though it was in the last hour before closing. Liam and Daisy made me feel that my needs and comfort were important as much to them as it was to me and their customer care was very personal. I would highly recommend both Liam and Daisy as excellent representatives of the Sketchers brand. Thank you for all your kind assistance.

I absolutely love Sketchers shoes. Soooo comfy and a great fit for feet with bunions and bent toes. Shoes range from £45 to £90 pounds but they do regular sales with as much as 50% off.

The shoes are slightly priced on a higher side .. we bought the shoes for my partner for 85£ and she is liking them .. so I guess its worth the price (I dont know if the shoes are clearly visible in the pictures)

From my Grandmother: The store assistant Andrea, took an hours worth of trouble to try and find a comfortable fit for an 81 year old Grandma, with arthritic feet. Her patience, her curtesy and her genuine interest in the problems deserves a reward. Well done Andrea, even after an hour and your break was overdue, your helpful attitude never faltered. First Class service, had to wait a while to go in due to covid restrictions, however this is fully understandable, as a manager myself yoy have to look after your staff and customers, the manager in the door was lovely, The staff were very professionally and friendly. Visited Skechers Milton Keynes branch. Manager greetings everyone at the entrance by keeping social distance, and keeping an eye on numbers of customers on the floor. Covid-19 precautions/measurement taken so well. All staff were very helpful. Very impressed with service.
