I went today to help my disabled client buy sandals. The ladies were so patience and lovely with us both. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Great range of shoes. Helpful staff. Only drawback is the practised script to encourage customers to buy "products" to enhance to life of shoes. It's simply upselling and wholly unnecessary. Other than that,can't fault it.

A fantastic service this morning. We were assisted by Emma who was so friendly and helpful. We bought a pair of school shoes, sand shoes and trainers. Overall, I would highly recommend this friendly and helpful store. Made purchasing shoes for a 7 year old relatively stress free!

Plenty of stock clean and well organised. Children's down stairs ladies as you walk into the store and men's upstairs. Clean and run with pleasant and friendly staff to assist you. Not cheap but it suits a great number of people ..

CHARLES CLINKARD I have been buying shoes from this nicely presented shoe store for some years.. The entrances are in two places. One is opposite John Lewis and the other opposite Fenwicks. The windows are full of shoes for the latest seasons and changed accordingly to the time of year. Prices are fair considering the excellent quality and unlike many London shoe shops with their raised London prices, the overall visit to Clincards usually ends with a purchase and a smile from me. The staff are friendly and relaxed and they will patiently assist you in finding exactly what you require. They will also show you what they can provide, if necessary. They know the quality of their shoes and handbags and do not rush you into a purchase. This shop can become a busy place to buy shoes and accessories when new stock arrives. It is a popular store, but I never feel rushed as the staff will either find exactly what you are looking for (or will try to order items for you personally if possible). You can always return items for a refund within 35 days. You can also shop from them on line. If you want quality at a reasonable price then try Clincards. I never looked back after my first visit.

Always a nice selection of shoes that aren’t as common as the usual Clarks shoes for children. Staff are always very pleasant to the children and parents.
