Best shop for your footwear around, a traditional shoe shop. Have bought my shoes here for years, won't go anywhere else. They take their time to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. All the staff are pleasant, courteous, respectful, and go that extra mile for you.

I wish I’d known about this shop sooner. Friendly, very helpful, a perfect shopping experience. Brilliant shoe shop, prices very reasonable, brogue dealer boots slight seconds, but you can hardly tell Loakes Trickees etc support your local shops he is closing womens next door so tell anyone you know too have look here before filling coffers of big stores in town 🤣🤣🥴

I've been here three times now over the last six years or so. This is the shop to find Loake shoes amongst other top brands often at greatly reduced rates. Some are slight seconds, but John and the guys make this clear, even to the point of highlighting the defect (often an incredibly small stitching fault on the upper. Purely cosmetic). Top service. I've bought a pair of Loake Bryant for £75 classed as seconds though we couldn't find anything amiss with them, new Webster for £99 and Vincent Black at £125. Give the place a try! PS The women's section is next door by the way.

What a great little find this shop is, huge selection and a lot of bargains to be had as it is an outlet for seconds from Loakes Shoes, I'll not be shoe shopping elsewhere anymore!
