D. C.I visited today (3/4/22) and was served by Charlie. He was very approachable and friendly. He made my visit very enjoyable :)
N. E.Just been in a few hours ago wasn't impressed at all by the customer service I first received. Some of the staff definitely need training in how to deal with customers. Eventually a guy called Joe and a female called Alice came over. She was absolutely marvellous she stayed with us the whole time while choosing what shoes I wanted couldn't have done anything more for us. Big thank you
