A great store with a brilliant range of shoes. They do all sorts of designs from slip on shoes to trainers. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I took my autistic brother in here to get some shoes and the person who served us was really patient and helped make the experience as stress free as it could possibly be.

I found plenty of choice and there was a discount price for mother's day. The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. I bought a comfy pair of trainers and was offered an option of 45 day return if I wore them indoors and didn't find them suitable. Sketchers are so comfortable and have plenty of choice even wider fittings.

Bought a pair of shoes from this store late February and since then encountered a problem with one of them I took them back even though the receipt was out of date. I was served by a lovely young girl called Ella who couldn’t have been more helpful she exchanged them without hesitation and offered me a different style shoe from the ones I originally purchased which was great. The customer service in this store is top class nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again Ella

After having two days of problems trying to order the Sketchers website I phoned up the Eldon Square, Newcastle branch and a very pleasant young lady called Grace said she would reserve the shoes I wanted. I arrived the next day and met Grace in person who then supplied my requested shoes in a very polite and welcoming way. I have long been a fan of Sketchers but did not know there was a shop in Newcastle which is considerably nearer and has a much better range of shoes than the outlet shop in York where I usually go. Add that to the excellent service provided buy Grace and you will understand that this is my new favorite destination for shoes.
