Today we visited the Newport store and purchased a pair of trainers. Kelly was our assistant and was so helpful to us and felt she deserved a mention for her excellent skills.

I came in the other day and I was approached by one of your sales assistants called Beth who was a lovely girl. She asked if I needed any help and I mentioned that I was looking for a new pair of gym shoes and she was able to help me straight away. She recommended a few styles that she thought would be best for me and I tried a great selection on, and had decided on a pair that I had liked after trying them on. Normally I feel anxious about going into stores when it comes to buying gym clothes and shoes but she made the whole process easier and enjoyable. I will gladly be visiting the store again.

Love their footwear ... so comfortable but they almost didn't get my custom because the staff were more interested in nattering to each other by the storeroom door. I was obviously interested in buying because of the time i spent looking, but was totally ignored. I had to go and stand within inches of the girl and even then I had to ask for assistance. Yes I did get shoes and a water proof spray.

With very fussy and fat feet, I have to say I found the staff here to be great. They were helpful and patient and sold me some shoes!! But the biggest thing is that there was a real fun vibe in the shop. I find this to be unusual based on my very limited experience of shopping in Newport. I shall return.

I visited the shop has I had lost my laces for my sketchers trainers very nice young gentleman said they did not sell them but they did have a box of spares and promptly found me a pair
