m. “. m.Very very happy with your shoes. I had second pair a month ago, pure luxury sneakers. Both are overstone, one is the classic white version, and one the blue kudu suede in TL version. Many many pros for sure.the only cons in my opinion on the TL version, because of a very very very soft suede leather, it is bit loose/wide on ankle support. Other than that, exceptional quality. I will buy for sure again.
J. H.I recently received my pair of Woodford desert boots in sand Kudu suede and I'm very pleased. They look great and they are clearly made to a high standard that remains true to the original design. The Kudu suede from CF Stead is buttery soft and the boots are as comfortable as slippers. I'd recommend the Crown shoe trees to help keep them in shape and the Saphir Medaille D'or Protector, especially as I expect them to last a few years. Crown are a friendly and attentive bunch and special thanks to Lucy and Chris for their assistance.
J. F.The kindest and most hospitable people I have met in a long time. I was working in Northampton and popped in to see the sneakers as I was not sure on which one would be best for me. I'm not a high paid person but prefer to support local craftsmen where possible. I chose a pair of Overstone hi derby's. And as they were being boxed I was given a tour of the factory by the owner. I am so Impressed with all the skilled people who work there. I can whole heartedly recommend the footwear as I have seen them being made. Superb.
T. B.I discovered Crown Northampton from watching Rose Anvil on YouTube and the Kavalier. Sizing is difficult for me due to my uncommonly miniature feet, but Crown Northamptons make their footwear in my size! Emailing Crown for info was easy (Lucy was very helpful). My first order for the Overstone Derby in Horween No 8 Chromexcel was placed May 19th. My pair arrived July 6th. It took a little longer than their original listed lead time (10 to 25 business days), but they emailed me in advance to let me know. My Overstones fit wonderfully with room for my toes. They are very well made and comfortable out of the box.
I have just received my second pair of Crowns. I ordered the Woodford Desert Boot in natural Chromexcel October 26th, and have received them December 15th. Again, the boot is very well made. The material is top notch, and comfort is fantastic. A huge plus is all Crown Northampton footwear can be resoled. Highly recommended if you're looking for well-made, high quality, comfortable and long lasting footwear.
O. T.Product screams quality. Worth every penny. I was going to purchase common projects until i saw the video rose Anvil on youtube. Crown Northampton blew it away making it look like common projects shoes from payless shoe source. Needless to say I will be ordering more of these quality shoes.

After I wrote my review on Google, the company contacted me instantly and explained and apologized. The owner gave me good gestures for my purchases to make up for the delay, and I received the shoes after a week. After all, COVID had screwed everything; hence I have to change my rating.
Shoes review:
I LOVE the colour. It is not the dead sharp, cheap white but a soft, warm white. It was very detail crafted with nice leather, a bit hard at the beginning (which might eat your feet a little) but eventually got softened and SUPER comfortable after a week which become your shoes (I wore it everywhere now). It is definitely something you want to invest in your wardrobe for work and daily styling.
I ordered my shoes in late November and I was aware it will a super busy season and the factory will be closed during Xmas time. I waited very patiently which has been over two months now. I emailed the customer service on January 18th and received an email back saying my order should be shipped by the end of W.C on 17/01/22. After that, I have not yet received no any further notification. I have been trying to reach out to customer service much time but I got no reply AT ALL. I am very disappointed. I don't know how much longer I have to wait. I hope their customer service people can reach out and help.

V. M.I recently bought a pair of the overstone derby sneakers with a gum sole. I think they look and feel great; I can't help but stare at my feet when I wear them. Surprisingly quick shipping time as well! Overall, satisfied!
I. I.Great service, quick replies via email and very helpful. The shoes themselves are really high quality sneakers!! Great Horween leather uppers and quality rubber soles. I found that they broke in nicely with just a few wears. White toe cap scratches easily but is easily renewed with Saphir white shoe cream. You’ll want some cedar boot trees and Saphir dubbin. You may also want to consider no tie laces which I have found make these boots even easier to live with.
N. Z.A bit of advice, try to buy a 1/2 size down, It will surely fit perfectly.. the shoes is a luxury leather from in and out, i bought an Overstone Derby All White Leather and the shoes is FIRE 🔥!!!
Contacting them was no hustle coz’ when i asked to change my size the reply was immediate and Mark was very professional to answer my queries. Buying on line was no worries at all, eventhough I live in Ireland, I was reassured for my peace of mind.. before i forget, buy your leather shoes a shoe tree to hold its shape and keeps the leather from cracking, i bought a Herring Cedar shoe tree and it’s smells nice!!!

H.Bought the overstone Derby in white. Quality is great. Colour of the leather and the sole is more like a off white (Appears more like a pure white on the picture). Shipping took 30 business days.

P. B.I just took delivery of a pair of Horween Chromexcel #8 Overstone Derby hi tops from Crown. They are truly beautiful shoes; expertly made and wonderfully finished. I have many pairs of shoes but this is my first pair made from Chromexcel (a fascinating leather) and the first made by Crown. I consider these shoes to be up there with my Tricker's. Handmade to order, these Crown shoes come in at under £300. Thanks to all at Crown for their craftsmanship and their customer service. I will treasure these. 5* + Looking forward to ordering some desert boots.

B. C.Ordered a pair of white on white Overstone Derby. The shoes were exactly what I was looking for, it was built with premium materials with a clean silhouette. Totally worth the one month wait for the shoes to be made and delivered.
Regarding the size, it was the perfect fit for me following the instructions on the website and the feedback from Mark. If anyone are not sure about the size, Mark from Crown Northampton is super helpful and knowledgeable.
One item of my order (cleaning product) was unfortunately left out of the parcel. However the issue was resolved quickly, I was given a refund and a future discount code.
Definitely would order another pair in different colours soon.
P. H.As this was going to be my first leather sneaker purchase, I spent a lot of time researching which company had the best product at a price point of around $200 USD. There were a lot of reviews for the more well known brands such as Greats, KOIO, and Cole Hahn. I however decided to take advice from "The Kavalier" and try Crown Northampton. I was more than pleased with the outcome. The customer service was excellent, with quick response on shipping questions. The product arrived on-time, with above average packaging. The shoes themselves are way above my expectations. I purchased the whole cut white with a gum sole. Leather uppers are beautiful and the leather lining is extremely comfortable. I received a number of compliments the first time I wore them. Each pair of shoes is custom hand made so delivery takes about 3 weeks, but is well worth waiting for. Highly recommend, I will be purchasing more in the near future.

J. E.I have had the white upton whole cut sneakers for about 4 months now and all I can say is that the looks, quality, and comfort of these shoes is exceptional. I have really worn these sneakers out and even took them on my vacation to walk around Disney World and other theme parks in Orlando, FL. They not only proved to be super comfortable througout the whole day but even left my white Yeezy boost 350's in the dust in terms of comfort. I found that in the Yeezys my feet started hurting around mid day (4 hours of walking) at the theme parks. On the other hand, my feet in the Crown Northampton sneakers started to hurt until the end of the day which was around 8 hours of walking and even then the sneaker sole still felt comfortable. With that being said, I do have to mention that the break in period for me was a little bit rough. The sneakers did hurt my ankle during the first week of wear. I even doubted if I had got the right size, however, I found that my sock was the cause of the problem. It was too thick and that made my foot fit too tight inside the sneaker. As soon as I replaced my sock with a thinner one, the discomfort went away and once the break in period was done, I could wear my thicker socks with no problem or discomfort! I was okay with this since the shoes are made to your own size to fit your foot and any irregularity will cause discomfort. This just shows the quality and craftsmanship of this company. Overall, this is a fantastic shoe that is worth every penny and will keep on buying more in the future!

Purchased them through a youtube recommendation and no regrets. This is my 2nd pr from them, previous being the wholecut upton and both are favourites in my current rotation. Love the made to order model. Leathers are just as you would expect, simply nice to touch and wear. originally saw these on YouTube @TheKavalier and decided i wanted after looking at the Crown Northampton site. I was concerned about sizing with my ample pieds but Mark in customer service is the Best. He handled my multiple e-mails with grace. Urging caution at first,that i might tax the limits of their last. However providing guidance that led me to place an order for 13 UK on a G fitting. The worst part of this is waiting a month (handmade to order). On arrival the look is better than pictures, smooth, clean ,incomparable. The construction is what truly sets them apart. Impeccable finishing Crown Northampton craftspeople are beyond reproach. Oh and the fit is spot on.. my thanks to all
