Among major shoe manufacturers in Northampton, Edward Green has the widest variety of shoe models. You can find belt and socks as well. Like other factory stores, the staffs are very hospitable!

Unfortunately, I didn't end up purchasing the shoes because they didn't fit, but the staff was kind. I was able to choose my shoes calmly, and they even called a taxi for me to take home. The information that advance reservations are required is not true. However, there is a possibility that the store may be on sale or closed, so it is better to confirm by phone the day before.Also, if you cannot confirm by phone the day before, we recommend rescheduling your plans.

This factory store not only has an excellent range of beautiful shoes (seconds often with absolutely minor issues, or perfect ones in the sale) but also the assistance and advice is friendly, well informed, and pragmatic. I had the pleasure of meeting Crystal who went out of her way to help me with my purchases. I would certainly like to go back. In the past I have purchased a lot from other manufacturers (Churches, C&J, etc) but these shoes are of an even higher calibre; they are more expensive (e.g. you can buy two C&J main line for the price of one EG) but I believe you can tell the difference.

This place is so cosy, I didn't want to leave. It has carpets. It has radio. The young lady was very helpful too. Not busy at all. Parking is just outside the factory, if you get lucky, as spaces are limited. Prices. £460 for most loafers but £550 is the majority of the shoes including boots.

Quality shoes and friendly staff. Shop is in the factory and sometimes you see the staff walking around. They're always friendly and happy... Which to me shows that the quality is borne out of pride. Definitely be back.

Excellent factory store prices are around 450-550gbp depending on condition. This is still cheaper than if your buying brand new, friendly staff and the factory shop is still in the heart of the factory which is different to the other stores.
