Absolutely amazing experience. Firsty started with an email back and forth with Samantha who had informed me of the styles that were in the the moment along with sizes that they could hold for me for 2 days. Once I arrived I was greeted by Sharon, amazing dress sense, definitely looked the part in Jeffery West, her service was amazing, brought out 3 sizes of the same shoe I had spoken to Sam about prior to my arrival. Sharon already knew who I was and had the 2 sizes ready for me. In the end we decided the size 10 to be the best fit. I met the designer Guy West aswell. Had some great banter with Sharon and Sam in the store aswell. I could not recommend this store much more. If you haven't been to this Head Quarters Store make sure you do. Served with the upmost professionalism with some great humour, one liners, and Sharon even went as far as to take some photos for me, and even borrowed me her jacket/coat to try on with one of the scarfs. All in All money well spent and so happy I popped over there today. I travelled from Birmingham so took 1hr 30mins each way but definitely worth it and will be doing so again soon.

I was driving passed the Northampton store after getting my first hair cut in 4 months and popped in for some new trainers. The staff in JW were lovely and gave me a JW mask. Not sure if I prefer the red laces or blue.

I adore this company, everything about them. The shoes are stunning comfortable and a real conversation starter, I can’t begin to tell you the number of compliments I have received over the years when wearing them. The stores look like nothing else and always feels so decadent to enter one, like a naughty treat. The staff make you feel like your the first person to ever buy a pair of shoes, they make you feel so special. I recently bought a pair during lockdown and the effort that Sam went to was incredible . If you want to buy something that is individual and you want to be treated as an individual then this is the company for you. Sam made me feel special and that I was buying something special. I’m so happy I found you guys and could not be happier to be part of the JW gang Ps your belts are outrageously gorgeous

The Northampton shop is great. It carries current lines that you'll find on their website, but also has a good selection of sales items at discounted rates. I went wedding shoe shopping here with my father and father-in-law and we ended up with 8 pairs of shoes, two belts and a weekend bag between us. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and were on hand to help without being pushy. Great experience, and would recommend a visit if you're into your shoes. Terrific designs, from the rock and roll shoes to the more 'traditional' styles.

I've never written a review before, but I've bought one pair of shoes from this shop and they may be my favourite ever shoes, the service was excellent and friendly, and it feels like they care about you, even going so far as to send change I hadn't picked up to my college because the lady I'd spoken to had remembered I went there. A great experience all round.

I received a fantastic level of service today from the ladies at the Jeffery West store Northampton. The shoes and boots have the premium price tag but you don't get that premium high street store vibe here. It is a much more relaxed, try anything on, let us know how we can help vibe. The two ladies working today were busy in the background but there when I needed them and also had a wealth of advice when it came to fitment and whats-what with the boots I picked. Excellent shop has lots of little quirky bits and pieces in and excellent shoes just wish they done more bigger sizes for us big footed people I’m a size 13 and would love to see more in the shop in Northampton.

The best shoes and boots in The World! I've worn Church's Loakes Barkers and Cheaney shoes for the past 25 years, but Jefferey West are the only shoe that makes my wide fitting feet look slender. The look is that of a cross between a classic brogue and a cowboy boot which is truly ICONIC. Everyone should have at least 1 pair for special occasions!

Not your usual factory shoe shop! Vampire-skin boots that rock stars wear to press the accelerator as they drive the Rolls into the swimming pool, and loafers with subtle skull motifs for the record company accountants who have to sign the compensation cheques. A blood-red and midnight-black retail dungeon that augments its footwear range with t-shirts bearing the simple motto "Reprobate". The photographic decoration makes "Fifty Shades of Gray" seem like a nursery rhyme. Eat four Shredded Wheat before your Saturday morning visit...

Jeffrey-West make some beautiful and sometimes eccentric shoes. A trip to the head office in Northampton is a must when I'm in the area. One note: sizing all depends on the shape of the last, I tend to fluctuate by 1/2 a size depending on the style.
