J. S.Absolutely wonderful place. A complete hidden gem, very polite and helpful staff. It was finally time to replace my last pair of Solovair which have given me well over a decade of weekly if not daily service. They sell factory seconds here for about half price which was a VERY pleasant surprise. My only regret is not coming here sooner! Also you can browse their full range (still a little cheaper than online) in an intimate, very well presented room. You are literally across the road from the factory, tours will be restarting in the new year. The quality of Solovair/NPS's products cannot be overstressed. (No, I do not work for them!) Thank you for a great experience, we shall be back again.
y. r.I went to this shop in person after seeing a pair of burgundys I liked online, glad I went in person as doing so I got a discount. The chap who works there was awesome, good mannered. The only issue I had (not relating to the shop itself) was the parking outside, it was a little confusing. the parking machine(s) doesn't give out change.
Update: 8/2/2022. Google may direct you to the age uk northampton when putting in NPS Shoes & solovair in search, my last visit yesterday was a little confusing as google sent me here when in fact you'll need to come back on yourself and go to a wine shop not 2-3 min walk around the corner.

It can be a little bit confusing to find the shop as its downstairs in the wine shop!!!!
There are multiple carparks nearby and that's probably the best way to park
