Absolutely wonderful experience with Marianne. Helped my boyfriend find the shoes he was after, helped with trying on different sizes, told us all the history and gave us all the tips too. He was apprehensive at first and not 100% sure what he wanted but Marianne made him feel so comfortable and excited to get the shoes. Left the store with a smile on our faces and will definitely be back!!

Splendid service from our sales person today 'Iva?' (either? lol) Anyway made me actually feel like it was worth spending a ton (literal 100 quid) on a pair of boots, nice boots, but boots (and insoles). Kids boots even. DM's have the seal of approval as they wear well and are very comfy. So all told pretty happy purchases nice boots but proper price

I've been in the look out for new boots for sometime and being so unsure with the foot problems I have (wide feet, prone to blisters, planter facilities in left foot, pains in my right foot and relying on insoles for comfort). I decided to visit the Norwich store to see if I could find something different from the same 3 pairs of boots from another brand that are my go to. Well I was pleasantly surprised! After being in there for 5 minutes browsing, a very polite member of staff approached me to see if he could help... I explained my foot issues and he showed me three pairs of boots that come up wider and are soft leather that will help with comfort... he then passed me over to his colleague who was less friendlier and very stand of ish... hence knocking a star off. However, I went ahead and brought a pair that was advised and absolutely love them! I would definitely recommend the store 👌

The staff were really friendly and very helpful at the Dr. Martens store in Norwich. The boots I wanted were not available in my size but the assistant was able to get me a similar pair to try for size and then arranged for the ones I wanted to be delivered to my home. Overall, very pleased.

Quality products & aftercare is incredibly good. After visiting Dr. Martens Norwich I was slightly disappointed with the customer service. I wrote to them & the care given to me was amazing. The management are absolutely brilliant & amended procedures within the store which has lead to a perfect experience of the store and customer service. The staff are very helpful and they gave me the information that I needed. Thanks to them I have the comfiest pair of docs and the rest of my pairs are almost as comfy too because of their advice! They seem to know their stuff and so I guess the shop is how you'd expect one to be.

I went into the Dr martens shop in Norwich yesterday with my daughter in law and a lady whom we care for who wanted a pair of doc martens, she has diabetes so has to be very careful with foot wear. Adam and another blonde young man were extremely helpful and patient with us, and made the whole experience very easy. Thank you

Went in today to buy purple docs and as luck would have it they had the perfect shade for my MIL. She absolutely loves her new boots. They have some really nice kids shoes as well. Will definitely be going back to buy some pink sparkly shoes for my step daughter!!

There is a good range of products in store and more can be requested into store if what you're looking for is not available, however I have been told be staff that this service does not guarantee that the items will be delivered. The staff in store are knowledgeable but do not naturally approach customers, making it a little intimidating when you have to approach a group of staff talking to each other. Staff are regularly talking to friends in store which makes it difficult to get served. That being said, when you are with a member of staff they are very helpful and friendly, it's just a shame that their first impressions aren't much to shout about.

Staff really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Only issue was the instore ordering system which wasn't really fit for purpose - wanted to pre order boots from their new line, and using the instore system, it crashed so many times I just ordered online via my phone. Felt sorry for the staff their who tried so hard to get the problem solved phoning tech support, they apologised so many times but it was totally outside their control.
