C. S.I entered the shop after seeing the window display thinking I would just have a browse around and left with 4 pairs of shoes and some cleaning products! This was as a direct result of the excellent customer service I received throughout. I am so sorry I didn't find out the names of the 2 young ladies who looked after me a they truly should be recognised for their attitude to customer satisfaction - one of them even offered to run down the road to their other branch to get a pair of shows in a colour I was looking for! That goes above and beyond, thank you both very much I will certainly be back for more shoes soon.

a. m.Having not been to Mr Shoes since I was much younger (and trendier) I was amazed at how helpful the staff were and how well stocked with great brands they were.
My son was sorted with a pair of Skechers which were available in loads of sizes and really reasonably priced.
Not only were the staff helping young and old customers they were finding best options for people re arranging deliveries and syles/sizes.
