We called in looking for a local repair on a shoe sole,the friendly assistant examined the shoe sole and advised a liquid dye,gave us Instructions on application, building up the coating in several layers until it matched the surrounding area. Back at home, several coats of dye later a perfect match. Winner.

Got 3 keys cut here. Reasonably priced, fast work, keys worked perfectly, and the gent who cut the keys (I assume he owns it) was friendly. Good small local business that I would definitely recommend over larger chain stores.

Took my leather Solovair monkey boots to them after the tag came away. They fixed it within the hour for a reasonable price (less than a fiver). The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. Would happily use them again.

I went here to get my sole redone, even though i only had it done a couple of months ago by Timpsons. They didn't even charge me for sorting it out even though it wasnt there fault. Customer service like this is brilliant will be going back with other shoes;

Absolutely fantastic service. I asked them to repair 3 pairs of my favourite boots that had been worn to death and they were able to repair them without any quibbling - where most other places would have advised me to just get new boots.
