Great work for a very small price! I brought them shoes that were in a bad shape several times and they always found a solution to repair then! Sole, heel, cracked leather... When they're is no easy fix they'll get crafty and find a way. I would highly recommend then, they are as nice as they are efficient

The professional competence is evident in the high quality of the workmanship on both the shoe repair and also the leather bag repair that I had done here. What I hadn't expected was the attention to detail and desire to do a thorough and complete job that went beyond expectations. In addition to resolving the problem that needed a good leatherworker some additional minor issues were spotted and fixed, all at no additional charge. The price was also extremely reasonable, well within the bounds I had anticipated. Very easy to recommend for shoe and bag repairs.

At a time when the shoe repair side of things is dying, Charlie Foggs is a good find in Beeston.I have dealt twice to have the soles replaced and I am very happy. In addition to good workmanship, the customer service also commendable. I was suggested to leave the shoes in a safe place if I cannot make it before 5.15(although they close at 5 but offered to keep open an extra 15 minutes). I did make it before 5.15 in the end. They do stock a nice range of shoe wax,cream and proper laces in addition to key cutting. Worth mentioning is you can also get a huge range of trophies for most sports. I now know where we got our league trophies from 🙂.

Got a pair of hiking boots resoled for a very reasonable price, only £30 for a completely new heel and sole with exactly the same tread pattern. Was able to get them done the next day, too! Would definitely recommend, friendly local service that knows what they're doing.

Fantastic shop. I've used Timpsons up the road before and found the staff to be blunt and rude, scoffing at questions instead of actually answering them. Then timpsons said they couldn't cut a gate key. Finding Charlie foggs to not only cut the key, but be polite and cheery was awesome. I've now had several house keys cut, the gate key and today he made me a spare key for my Toyota Yaris, fully programmed for a great price! Pricing is very fair, customer service second to none and o erall the owner is an all round fantastic bloke! Highly recommended!
