The staff here are so helpful and honesty has made the process of buying shoes so easy and because of them I was able to recommend to my family members who also went on to purchase pairs of Clarke’s from them. A special thanks to Sonia, Chris, Natalie and all the other staff there who have made shopping here easy!

Always have to go here for the kids school shoes, trainers and summer sport sandals. The very professional staff will measure your kids feet, one of my kids has a normal width fitting the other one has wide feet. They take the worry out buying shoes that fit correctly and give growing room too. They are expensive when you think you can buy school shoes for £8 from Asda but the fitting service and the quality of the foot wear make it more than worth it. Bad fitting footwear can lead to flat feet which can ultimately lead to hip replacements later in life. Ask any chiropodist.

Kim was amazing with my 11 month old who we had to wake up to have his feet measured before the store closed. She measured his feet and offered a suggestion then double checked the fit once on and got a colleague to check too....sizing was a little large for his chunky feet so she adjusted the sizing and we got a beautiful pair of pre walkers for my boy who is about to let go and start his walking journey! I went to buy my grandsons first walking shoes, the assistant Kim was brilliant, polite and really knew about the products, she didn't just sell us the first she made sure my Grandson could walk in them. Excellent!.

A bit cold inside for a shoe shop. The doors were open all the time. Otherwise the girl that was assisting me was really kind and help me to find the shoes that i need it within a minute. The shoes were really comfortable. If they are good quality i will be able to tell in a couple of months

It's been a while since I got my daughter's feet measured at Clarks because our last visit wasn't the best. However, the customer service I received today was fantastic. Madison was brilliant with my two and a half year old little girl. She was patient, friendly, and really went out of her way to make sure we found the right pair of shoes and also gave us options. We now have a brand new pair of shoes for winter! Thanks for all your help! 😊

Worth going to this shop. Very good collections for men and women footwear. Nicely arranged in the store and friendly staff. Well connected with bus and tram. Nearest tram is old market square stop. Much close to Victoria centre also. Disable entrance is present in the store and you get discount in this high store.

School shoe shopping, the annual fight-fest between what my daughter wants and what is school appropriate... It was peak time on Saturday in the middle of summer and my daughter has autism so struggles with the challenge of people climbing over each other and loud noises. The trainee fitter who came and worked with us was fantastic. Open, approachable, smiley and generally lovely. She made the experience enjoyable and I can't thank her enough. I can't believe I'm going to write, for the first time ever, that this was an enjoyable school shopping trip. Thank you.

Really good shoe brand, and amazingly helpful staff. The pair of business leather shoes I got from there has lasted for more than two years, and I could still wear them but they look quite worn.

Avoid the one next to the council house (Long Row) on the square in Nottingham and get a much friendlier service from the lovely staff at the Wheelergate store. All of the staff go out of their way for wonderful service. Very impressed! Avoid Long Row at all costs!

Took a long while to get my sons feet measured and felt a little uneasy just stood waiting ended up asking a staff member to get assistance eventually got seen shoes wasn't very good got told they were washable so after my son got messy we washed them and straight after the velcro straps became pretty useless 😭
