Went in the Nottingham store today and was served by Miranda. Awesome service and really went above and beyond for both me and my partner as we were both trying in shoes. She offered great alternatives and suggestions on trying on similar shoes to get an idea of fit for shoes that we wanted, but we're out of stock. Clearly new her stuff and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. Keep up the good work 😊

I would just like to thank Georgia for her amazing customer service. I went in looking to try the made in England boots for size and came out with a completely different pair I fell in love with after seeing them on display. Georgia was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. The shop was really busy but all staff made time to say hello or ask if you needed help. I ended up needing multiple pairs of different shoes to try on, and some of these with insoles, and Georgia was so speedy and efficient. She had the shoes sorted and ready to try on before I'd even noticed she'd got them out of the box! I also had a lot of questions about different styles of leather, polish colours and general shoe care and Georgia had lots of advice and information to give; she was really competent and knowledgeable. Also just a really friendly, lovely person. Overall brilliant experience :)

This store and the fantastic staff that work there provide service that on line providers can't compete with. A lovely lady named Fleur helped me find the perfect Dr martens today and a spray to help keep them in good condition 👍 I had a very upsetting time in the city centre with customer service from other places that day but coming to this store today really uplifted my spirits to shop for a little longer in town. Thank you Fleur for being so kind and patient with my style of shoe choices! :) I highly recommend this store and the customer service from all! I also went back as I thought lost my car keys, but turns out they were in my pocket the whole time lol! Thanks guys, I'll definitely be returning back here :)

Received great service from the staff yesterday, the store was busy (it was lunchtime on black Friday...) but the girl who served me was very helpful, not at all pushy, and recommended some useful tips for taking care of my new Docs long term. Great service!

Customer service was brilliant, all the staff were really helpful. I went in to the shop as my Doc Martens were quite big in the width, they advised a doc martens insole and double doc sock. I can confirm the my new Jadons fit perfectly and haven't given me any blisters at all throughout breaking them in!!!

Really good customer service here. The sole on my 1914s split after 6 weeks but I’d lost the receipt. Popped in with my last bank statement and they exchanged them on the spot, I was in there less than 5 minutes. The showroom is really nice too. There’s a great vibe, the displays change pretty frequently, really personal service when you’re being served and magazines to read if you’re waiting for someone.

Extremely helpful staff, they go over and beyond expectations. I was initially helped by a girl with round glasses and pink hair, she ended up getting me a total of 4 pairs of shoes while finding my size, running up and down out back. I was then helped by a different person, tall and short blonde hair. She helped me get the right size and the shoes I wanted. Very helpful, I will be coming back

Went in today, was blown away by the service and customer care. My Dr Martyns had the soul come away on one side of the boot. I was checking on prices, as after googling repairing at a cobblers was looking like 60 pounds. However i was offered a new pair, as this was a fault. Honestly nearly burst into tears, i was so touched. These guys definitely need a shout out and thank you muchly
