A biggest thank you to Katie, she was absolutely amazing went above and beyond, she was very knowledgeable explained about the difference in fit, leather and after care. Thank you again for my fist Doc Martin boots truly an amazing and friendly service

I bought a pair of purple ankle Doc Martin boots about 3-4 years ago from this store. When I tried them on I expressed how tight they were around the top but the store assistant reassured me over and over that it was normal and they would loosen. Well it's almost 4 years later and I still can't wear them. I have to take the insoles out to even have them on for 30min round the house. I should have been advised to try a size up, but I was niieve and young and trusted the shop assistant that my usual size would be the right size. What a waste of money. They are super cute I just wish I had the right size sold to me. They were friendly but didn't know what they were doing.

Great products and great customer service. I went into the store a few days ago and Hailey was especially welcoming and helpful. She made sure that I found exactly what I wanted and recommended the best way to order them due to a lack of stock in my size in-store.

Hello from Canada 🍁 the staff was amazing and the manager was outstanding in her service and I look forward to a return visit this coming summer but unfortunately I can't say the same about the product purchased I love my docs but my new vegan 1460s are falling apart ,I understand there was a recall on that boot ,a different. Batch number perhaps but maybe there was another issue and concern with another batch ,food for thought ,Now I'm left wearing boots that have split apart exposing the white underneath it and I see that more areas are going to split open if worn. . . Like shrink wrap that has become loose and that extra material getting opened up . I can send you photos in an email if you'd like to see .now what .The Doc Marten store here in Canada is not far from my place I'm staying at but said very obligingly that they could do nothing . I'm at the point of either making excuses for them when I wear them or not wearing them at all.

We went to buy some boots for my daughter, the selection was good, everything from oxblood lace up boots to platform boots, that is, of course, if you like the Dr Martens, airware look..the srvice was good, and they also managed to sell us some shoe polish...
