T. S.20/01/18. My friend and I went shopping in Oxford. Got very Warm welcome on entering Schuh store. I tried on a very different pair of boots. Store reserved them for me to make my mind up. Unfortunately due to panicking about parking running out....didn't go back to store. Later when I got home - I rang the store & I was told they'd put order on for another day & gave me customer services number so I could pay for goods. Schuh then arranged for my boots to be transferred to a local store near me. They've been keeping me undated by emails. Looking forward to collecting my boots & wearing them!!!! Great service from all at Schuh. Thanks.
