The shop assistant that served me was first class, EDWIN was extremely helpful and polite. Love sketchers i have everything trainers sandles also my partner is a convert ! Only trouble is you don't want to wear anything else .

Excellent service today by both Amelie and Edwin. My husband and I went in today, and we tried on SO MANY pairs of shoes! Amelie and Edwin both helped us with patience, expertise, and a smile on their face. In the end, they were so helpful that we purchased two pairs each. A huge thank you to both Amelie and Edwin!

Shop was good, had a wide selection of shoes. Staff were quick to help and get the right sizes. The only thing I found (for want of a better word) odd was the older lady, who I presume was the manager. The staff all seemed rather sheepish around her like they were scared of being told off or doing the wrong thing. She also seemed to try and micromanage them a fair bit.

WOW I had such great exceptional service on my visit. All the specials were pointed out to me and the shoes were perfect with a perfect price. Shout out to the lady who assisted me with incredible service. I will be shopping there again. And the shoes are so comfortable I use them as work shoes as well.

I’ve just bought a pair of shoes here this week and receive really good service from Max who helped me . I identify the style I liked , but they weren’t in stock in the shop so Max phoned around numerous shops in the group to get the size I needed . I’ve paid for them over the phone and they’ve just been delivered three days later to my home address by UPS ( in addition when he found the right shoes ( in Southampton I think) they were in the sale which was an added bonus!) Just the job !
