Charlotte was very helpful today. She got the different shoes for me to try on. I saw my favourite ones and cancelled getting the other pairs and Charlotte was efficient and helpful. Thank you. I was concerned that there was no guarantee. I know customers have abused Clark’s in the past but I still think there should be some guarantee on the shoes.

I brought my 90 yr old friend some shoes and he was so happy with them I went and brought a pair myself the following week! Great customer service, so friendly, didnt have my size and they ordered them for me and I received them in just a few days! I was so happy with them I walk out wearing them! 5 ⭐ all round 👍

Good quality shoes, yet the store itself have very limited availability. If you have oportunity rathet buy online or look for bigger clarks store. As well there is not enough staff which makes you wait for long time to be served.

This is a great shop with very knowledgeable staff who always do their best to suit the individual children. We went in today with my daughter who needs a certain type of shoe, the staff member (Sam K) listened and respected my choice, he was brilliant with her and she didn't get upset and she seemed totally relaxed. We have been here previously with my eldest child when her feet were incorrectly measured at a different store, the staff were just as good then and had no hesitation in refunding the shoes and helping keep find a more suitable pair.

Great service. Came in with a friend looking for size 13 shoes, had some good options (quite rare for his size) but it was the friendly, helpful, efficient service that stood out. I dont shop at Clark's very often, maybe a couple of times a year and I've yet to have a bad experience at the Peterborough store.

A brilliant experience!! We had visited the Hampton branch the week before but this branch is miles better!! My son needed his first pair of shoes fitting. His nearly one. The staff at Clark's were very welcoming and very organised. We were seated and then designated a member of the team. They interacted with my son and we all had a few laughs. Once we had the size of his feet the team member bought over a selection of shoes. They helped us decide which shoes would be most suitable.once we chose the shoes they let my son wear them for 10-20 minutes so we were 100% sure we'd selected the right ones. The price for the shoes was very fair for the service we got. We will be back everytime to resize and buy any future shoes.

I can't fault the service or the products found in this store. I have recently been into this store with my little girl to get shoes for her first day at school. There was no wait and we had her feet measured in no time and were given a number of options for us to choose. The quality of clarks shoes are second to none, and the styles are timeless. Clarks are pricey. And for those of us with wide feet, they carry very few styles in their store. Very disappointing. We were traveling to Jerusalem, from Washington DC, stopped over in London. I needed walking shoes. Bought 2 pair of Clarks. Wore them 10 days straight. Much walking. Perfect. Wide feet, high arches, very comfortable. Thanks, Clarks! Just wish you were more affordable.

For the last 50+ years my family has always bought Clarks Shoes. I have a wardrobe of them lined up in boxes and looks, comfort, and lasting quality of them all is superb. This particular Clarks Shop like all, has great staff, footwear choices, and prices. 5* status is rewarded to this branch!

Staff was amazing they went above and beyond for me and my Autistic son it was very busy and a child banged his balloon just as i was walking in my son just run out petrified his anxiety went through the roof i went after him and calmed him down the young girl on front cover Millie was fantastic she went up to one of the other staff told them my situation my son wouldnt come back in they offered to take me round the side with a member of staff to a room on its own where it was quiet so i could get his school shoes sorted they were very Autism friendly and i douldnt thank them enough for there good service and support Millie who fitted my son shoes was very knowledgeable really went the extra mile to give us a good fun and good experience i really recommend them and i definitely would go back.
