J. K.I am disabled and it is hard for me to find suitable shoes, and also hard to try them on in a shop. I was served by a lovely lady called Stephanie. She provided exceptional service over and above what would normally be expected. I tried on (with Stephanie’s help) several pairs of shoes, bought 3 pairs, and came away very happy. A great store and a great experience. Thank you Stephanie.
S. F.Was greeted at the door and immediately assisted. 4 pairs of shoes that I’ve requested were brought out really fast considering how busy the store was. I’ve also been helped with choosing which pair to buy. Georgia is amazing, she made my visit fast and pleasant.
The store in general was clean, and I’ve noticed the staff saying hello and asking if customers needed help when browsing.
I was after converse and found good selection there.

Paid attention to the whole family and let my son help with scanning his own shoes to pay. Previously put off by the high prices of brands but reconsidering after a successful reasonably priced purchase today

T. I.Good customer service, good quality products with quite a few good sales (As well as student discounts that apply on top of regular reductions - bonus!).
However the store is quite cramped, and at certain busy times can be a very hard store to get around.
H. B. C.Usually have good experience with this shop. Always super tidy and plenty of staff willing to help. Unfortunately when I visited today the girl who served me got a bit confused.. I was asking about a size 4 in some Dr Martens and it took about 3 minutes for her to search on the machine for them but she wasn't looking at the correct brand or size. She told me they were unavailable. Not wanting to make things uncomfortable I left, so maybe staff need training more? Because I came back later and asked another staff member to see if they had them and they said yes. Otherwise a very nice store.
