My husband likes the shoes so comfy don't jar his back and hips when walking and staff very helpful

We went to get my son a pair of school shoes to fit over a leg and foot splint - the staff member could not have been more helpful! He was absolutely amazing, pulled out so many pairs of shoes and nothing was too much trouble! He really made us feel valued and turned a stressful shopping trip around to much less stress. I hope the management at skechers see this and give this lad a pat on the back - we need more staff like him!

Was very pleased with service we got today. We were served by a girl called Holly who was very helpful. I needed some trainers and I tried several. Came away with 3 pairs and was pleased that I tried a few as a some didn’t fit as we and some were just perfect. Holly was very patient with me.

It was our first visit to Skechers store since it opened and I have to say I was impressed! The store itself looks amazing and the layout very nice to shop around. Every single item has a price on them and staff are very nice and helpful. This time we were served by guy named Hugo - what a fantastic service he provided! He had a lot of knowledge about the product he was selling and gave a lot of advice when I wasn't sure which one to choose. He stayed with us from the start until the end and was concentrating on us only which made us feel very welcome to shop there. He also offered useful add on products to protect our shoes which we will use on all of our shoes now. Because of him we will be coming back for sure as well as tell all our friends and family about this store. Thank you Hugo!

Very Pleased! I was being served by a lady called Natalie or something like that. She was very helpful and polite, I had a trouble picking shoes that I want and my 3 year old was being stroppy, Natalie kept my daughter entertained while I was deciding on what I want and helped me at the same time whilst greeting others! Walked out with 2 pairs of shoes! Very very happy

Young man could not help me with the size & shoes I wanted. But he pointed me to sale stock where there size 3. He then got every pair for me to try on! (Was so helpful, he measured my feet too). Polite, real asset to his employers. Took pride in his job & helping. Sorry no name! But he sees an orthodontist!

Wow wow wow what great service !! Hugo had great product knowledge and fantastic customer service, it was a very busy day and not only did he see to my husband's needs he looked after other customers. Came away with not only 1 pair of shoes 3 ! Massive thanks Hugo !!

Cannot fault the product, which is of a very high standard. It's a pity the staff are not at the same level and it will have an impact on my shopping there again. Unfortunately the assistant was not particularly helpful and on second visit total unhelpful.

This shop is light and spacious, all the Sketches foot ware is well displayed, staff are very helpfull. Only one down fall is they dont really cater for wider foot person kn store.

I went there today 12/7/ 20, the staff were exemplary, particularly the young Guy who served me, I bought a pair of slip on leather trainers I had my eye on for months and I'm over the moon with them, I cant sing the praises of the Staff highly enough
