Always a great selection but my customer order hasn't arrived yet and on Monday when I asked nobody could tell me and my standard boot size was not in stock either. Still a great store though.

It's not just here but trying to buy boys trainers anywhere is so stressful.....not enough styles only 2 rows and didn't like the ones they had in that actually fit my boys feet. But as usual 10 shelves of girls shoes to choose from!

I'm not a shoe person and hate shoe shopping, however my experience in Deichmann was second to none, Vikki the manageress was expectional, nothing was to much trouble, she was friendly and helpful I ended up with 3 pairs buy one get one half price!!! (one pair vikki ordered arrived withing 2 days!!!) a very pleasant experience👍🏻👍🏻

I had an amazing experience, I received all the help needed from Becky who was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for help. She even offered to order a pair of boots that they didn’t have in my daughter’s size to arrive at the store in the next few days.she was very friendly and really easy to talk to, great customer service .

Great range of footwear at affordable prices, I came in for school shoes and was in and out in half an hour (a miracle with my kids) and I didn't need to take out a second mortgage to fund the shoes! Have had shoes from here before and they last for ages and are really good quality. The staff were brilliant, it was a busy, stressful day for them but they took it in their stride and were super friendly and helpful

Visited here on Wed 19th May 2021. Cannot thank the lady who was one of the managers I think she was either called Vicki or Holly. She was so helpful and patient as I was looking for a pair of shoes that would compliment my outfit . She found me a lovely pair of shoes. They are lovely and everyone remarked how lovely there were . Thank you so much you were so right went we with my burgundy ted baker dress

Visited this store earlier today and was greeted instantly with a smile from the staff. I wasn't sure on which size shoe I needed so I asked a member of staff for help and they provided me with alternative sizes so that I could find the correct fit. Unfortunately I wasn't able to catch the names of everyone working but I would like to thank them all for providing me with friendly service and patience as I'm the most awkward shopper! Look forward to needing more shoes!

Having ever visited once before I was wondering if I would get the same welcome as the first boy was I wrong the welcome was even better the assistant that was at the checkout on the ground was friendly and welcoming with a smile to cheer you up and then some,when I got to the mens shoes I was greeted with the same as on the ground this time by the store manager (tracy) ,a first class lady who gave a first class service will I be going back in the future yes i will.
