Just like to give some recognition to Jacob who helped us with the sale of a coat. Excellent service, was willing to assist with sizing and to model coat. Couldn’t ask for a better assistant. Thank you again Jacob.

...Yeah Foot*asylum* is definitely the right name!....because their shoes are "crazy" comfy. One i tried them on.....it al kicked off...but in a good way y'know. Next thing I knew....I was just putting one foot in front of the other....and Hey! I was walking up and down the shop in my new duds....and boy were they comfy... in fact more comfortable than a beaver on a bean bag eating a beefburger....(thats the newly reintroduced beaver folks). The staff were very friendly and helpful too. A kicking experience indeed....sole with soul.

I visited Footasylum in Drake Circus earlier today. It was the first time l had been into Plymouth for over a year. I am of an age where buying clothes or shoes used to mean a day out with friends in actual shops, so have not really been buying much this last year! I know shopping online might be the present and future, and has been very important during lockdowns, but l want to praise the staff for being so helpful and solicitous today. Kat was just so helpful and interesting to chat to. She helped me find the perfect pair of Vans at a really good sale price. There is something special about interacting with shop staff that is missed in this age of online shopping. I know that might make me sound old and behind the times, but l will take that! Please support shops like this, and help lovely people like Kat to keep working and brightening up peoples' days!

Amazing customer service, I put this guy through the works with problem after problem and he kept cheerful and understanding whereas I (working in retail) wouldve been visibly angry. Great offers cheerful staff. Polite conversation without wasting time. I don't know the guys name but he has a triangle with an eye inside tattooed on his hand, give him a payrise he's incredible. Vouchers and offers combined great clothes for great prices would highly recommend and will be returning shortly

Okay buy very small Isles and hard to move around the shop especially with covid at the moment

I was a complete pain in the backside and ordered 3 pairs of shoes in the wrong size and couldn't decide whether to get a refund or exchange for a larger pair. The customer service both in store and online was exceptional and offered to send back the shoes and exchange for the size I needed. Fully satisfied and fully recommend.
