Vans and converse shoes...think her name was Sheridan..nothing was too much trouble for her..she made both my daughter's feel comfortable trying the shoes on..made suggestions for the ones not available..very knowledgeable about the Dr .martens we were looking at.will visit again..thanks for all your help.

Excellent service, we first went in to buy my grandchildren their school shoes, I think the lady was called Catlin she was Excellent how she spoke to the children was brilliant, they felt important ( which they are) and Catlin listened to what they were saying and got the shoes the children where very happy with, I ended up buying 3 pairs of Vans, great customer service, have been back and brought more vans oops, great shop and staff are very friendly and attentive will return soon

Brought my first pair of DMs here. Really friendly professional staff, particularly the girl who served me and her supervisor on the day. Noghing was too much for them, must of tried on 7 or 8 different pairs! Great customer service, keep it up!

Always superb and very polite service. Some great choices of footwear. The shop floor is a bit small but the goods make up for that. Update: I went into the Drake Circus Plymouth branch on Sunday and was really well looked after by Romani ? my size of shoe wasn't in stock so she ordered them for me and they have just arrived at my home via Parcelforce with no postage or packaging charged, If I could give more stars I would David

I am of senior age and went shopping in the sales looking for deck style shoes. The reaction I received in several shops was to put it mildly indifferent. When went into SCHUH I was greeted in and enthusiastic manner and guided to a good bargain with the style and price range I was looking for. I was then passed over to a young lady who completed my purchase with an equal manner of service and enthusiasm. When I came home I looked up the Company and found there is a profit sharing scheme . Perhaps other companies should look at this!!

Look, I would happily give this shop four stars. But it's a stinky franchise. The fact is, the staff were friendly and helpful and I didn't feel as though my arse was about to drop off. But it's a franchise. Watch your arse (not literally). Or, if you have an extra vertebra in your neck, watch your arse (literally). It'll be like watching Love Island, but upside down.
