When I visited the store on Friday, the team leader/manager seemed to be all over the place and informed me that the shoes were out of stock however, Lucy was a lifesaver and found the shoes in stock and I was able to purchase the product. J. O.This must be the best shoe store available. The shoes arent cheap, unless you find something in the discount section (which I seldom do). But whatever you buy, unless it's something strange and fashionable, you can count on it being good for your feet and last a long time.
w.Very friendly and excellent service. They weren't able to measure my feet as they're only doing children's fittings at the moment, but the staff were so helpful and brought me a full range of sizes to try on.

T. P.There is almost always a wait for children's shoe fittings (take a ticket), but the staff are usually well trained, efficient and friendly. The shop doesn't always have much choice in less popular width fittings. They will order them in for you though. Generally a fairly good choice of adult shoes.
J. P.We went in for two pairs of kids school shoes, ages 9 and 10. We were hosted by a trainee. Nothing wrong with that, usually. But unfortunately this guy was quite young and inexperienced. It was a struggle. We took a ticket and waited. The first measurements were corrected by his superior. We eventually bought one pair but weren't sure if we were offered the whole range on offer for their sizes. Generally we would recommend this shop but on this occasion we had a bad experience. This shop needs to ensure their trainees are trained properly before being let loose with customers parting with £40 per pair of kids shoes or they'll go somewhere else next time.
K.Great shop. Go in for all sales offers. You will always find a pair of shoes that match your style or occasion at half the price. Adults and children's choices. Staff is friendly and they do not bother you with while you are looking around
A. L.Busy busy busy. Took ticket then went to look round Gap next door, bought some stuff, came back and still had 10min wait. But very helpful staff once being served. Good fitting advice.
Warning: nowhere makes shoes that can withstand a 15min walk to school anymore: keep your eye on the heels/soles and get them replaced at the well known high Street cobblers beginning with T and rhyming with Simpsons 😏 in good time (don't leave it too late or they can become unrepairable). For some reason these heels are much more robust, so the shoes will now last much longer!

a. p.First shop I went to to tell me I don't need new shoes for my toddler! We actually bought all his shoes there so far; they are expensive, but the feel and quality are excellent, so he goes with only one pair of shoes at a time.
M. R.The stores are always pleasant and provide a lot of space, staff helpful and id like to shops there more often but many designs seem like there are for VERY mature people. Young people like comfy shoes as much as fashionable looks!

H. O. (.Although they can be pricey the quality of the shoes and security of knowing that the shoes have been fitted to my children's feet, not just size, is brilliant. Many times I have admired the care which individual staff members have taken in fitting sessions, even with the most rambunctious of children. However sometimes staff can have an off day. Disputes over breaks should be had off the shopfloor. And don't get upset just because I asked another staff member for a box for our purchases.
P. B. J.Very nice place with lot of footwear varieties in all ranges. Luckily now Christmas discount sale is happy. We bought school shoes for kids.
H. B.Women's shoes have a nice selection, much more stylish than they get credit for. Can't say the same for men's. Kids section is rammed, staff are a bit slow. Make sure to try things on, sizes can vary.
