Good and fast service from the staffs and very helpful indeed. The display was attractive and good value for Money all round.
Cashier attitude is not good. He is not even given a waste paper for the shoe to wrap it.

Affordability
Prices compared to the market are the lowest. And they have a great selection. For the first time I buy from them. I hope it is a successful choice
😉
Went in today looking for emergency shoes for my mum, and the woman serving me (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name) listened very patiently to my panicked requirements and found the perfect shoes immediately. Saved the mother of the bride walking around Reading in bare feet!
If you're on a budget, Shoe Zone is a great place to find shoes for all sizes and occasions (parties, sandals, trainers etc) for men, women and children. They also sell handbags and shoe products such as insoles.
I've bought a few pairs of school shoes for the little one, they're not durable at all, after a week they're scuffed eve though the rest is still wearable, the shoe looks like it's years old already. Sandles last a lot longer so I may only go in for those.
As for women's shoes, you'll find some nice styles for casual wear, I personally wouldn't look for anything for a special occasion as I don't feel like they are sylish enough.
On one occasion when I went to buy school shoes for my daughter. she stuck her foot into the shoe and straightaway screamed.
Someone had removed the outer tag of the security tag and the pin was left inside which stuck into my daughters foot.
The shop assistants weren't really helpful on this occasion and offered no support other than saying that shoplifters regularly shoplift shoes and this is how pins are left in shoes, great.
Would have given 2 stars but for the most part, staff are friendly and polite. The shop is always bright, clean and tidy.
Quiet, well stocked, friendly and helpful staff
