Went in on a dreary Saturday afternoon to get my watch strap replaced. Jasmine, who was on duty that day offered me not only a good deal for 2 straps, but also she was extremely professional, and friendly, and very good at what she did (very precise with what she did with my watches and I love the new straps). I've used other Timpsons branches as well, in the past, and they also do really well. Good colleague culture, and providing essential repair services. Excellent customer service, by excellent people.
