I took a riding boot into them thinking I would need a new zip and to my surprise the gentleman behind the counter took one look and explained that the zip simply needed cleaning and greasing. Instead of taking my money and charging me for something I didn't need - he told me that I didn't need a new zip and that he could repair the boot for much cheaper than I was expecting. A very small gesture, but greatly appreciated.
