My daughter and I visited today to get her feet measured and it was a great experience. Both the trainee and the lady training her were exceptional and very thorough in making sure my daughter had perfect fitting shoes. I will definitely visit again.

Friendly and and helpful staff. Good quality shoes. Fair selection. Don't mis the seasonal sales where what you get for a discount may really be worth your visit! I did have an extremely bad experience with a pair of formal shoes; the particular one giving me an un bearable shoe cut. Funnily, the same in tan of the same size suited just fine! I am thankful to the staff for being attentive to my issues and rectifying it accordingly.

Expensive stuff but quality on all levels. Specially the superb quality memory foam ones are the best of the best but again it’s all about quality and the price. Recommended for athletes and yes, if you have issues with your feet. I believe they have experts that guide you to best and suggest a valuable product.

Always book a fitting for my kids. Staff fabulous and not too pushy for a sale. V tolerant of children who don't want to be there! Always get my sandals and boots from here too. So comfy, look great and don't need wearing in. Worth the spend. Kids school shoes usually last all year. Tried cheaper but it's false economy as they don't last

Impressive service. Warm, friendly, reassuring and professional staff who knew what They were doing. They're big on quality assurance too and that's impressive. They seem to place much value on training and mentoring and this was clear when the staff were busy serving us and our kids. Good quality products but need more variety for the kids.

The Girl who closed the shop on 13.10.2020 definitely deserves nice bonus. Anyone who has ever worked in retail knows how anyone last minute customers are. Do I have to mention about the ones who are few minutes late!!!??? Today I just became one of those customers. I cycled like crazy to get there on time and still was few minutes late. She already had the shutters closed and alarm set up, but once I told her that I'm there only to collect one box, with a smile on her face she reopened everything and got me my son's shoes. It's a solid classic shoe shop. Still sell some of my favourite shoes desert boots and wallabies. Kids shoes are as always of exceptional quality and best for growing toes. Worked here many years ago and will continue to come back forever - probably

I really love Clarks funny dream shoes. They have a new colour in got this season (grey snakeskin) looks good. The sale was ok.... although think we've left it too late to get any bargains. Staff are great friendly and helpful. Came out with a pair of sale shoes for my daughter. So that was a win....

A great footwear shop found in a prime spot in the shopping precinct that is still going, my mum used to take me here! Probably not as fashionable for the teenage taste but quality footwear and you know what you’re buying. Great customer service with good knowledge.

Back to School for the grand kids shoes, fashion shoes can be worn all year but its nice to keep a check on how their feet are developing. Very helpful staff, and have used Clarks now for nearly 36 years, so that must say something.

Fantastic shoe store in the centre of the city. Shoe fitting service is walk in and no appointment needed. Shoes available in wide sizes also. Upstairs is the children's department, unfortunately the access is by stairs only and you are required to leave your pushchair downstairs nexto the till. However the quality of shoes are superb.

Clarks like clarks, but staff barely noticed my presence...shame. I still like the shoes, but have to admit the quality is dropping down as well as the classic style. I suppose they are targeting new customers, who are not me 🙂 the ratio quality/price, should be maintained though..on the logical level. Too expensive..

Did the job! I was looking for a pair of shoes for my daughters wedding. I have really awkward feet to fit, size 6 1/2, narrow heels, flat and with bunions. I hate shopping for shoes as so often they don't fit but also hate having to ask for help with my ugly feet. I knew what I wanted, having researched on line, but still wasn't sure when I walked into the store. However, the helpful, but not pushy, assistant, Tim, was able to give me advice, and the second pair I tried on fitted perfectly. I could not believe it, I usually spend fruitless hours trailing round stores and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I have worn Clarks shoes all my life ( the foot problems are genetic) and will keep on doing so!
