I went in the store 06/05/2022. I was initially helped by Jackie who was very patient and helped me to buy some shoes which was great. I was interested in a bag and Tina explained about it’s quality and value. While I was waiting to pay Zara was talking to me she was very friendly. All the girls were extremely friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend Clark’s in Hanley Potteries Centre. Thank you 😊

Popped into Clarks in Hanley yesterday to get my little girls feet measured for her first shoes. Fab service from Sophie who was brilliant with my baby, friendly and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for baby shoes!

Excellent. I was there over 1 hour and tried on nearly the entire mens footwear. I was a pain in the arse and the lady who served me had the patience of a saint. Got a great pair of boots for winter. Well worth 5*. Went back at the end of December and service continued to be of the highest standard. Got a great pair of discounted boots. Staff were very helpful and polite.

We didn't book a fitting but only waited for about 15 mins to be measured. Would have been great if they'd had my child's size in store but as usual a H width fitting meant they only had 2 pairs in store and my daughter didn't like either style! As usual they offered 1 size up and 1with down. As usual I can't see the point of spending £50 to £60 on shoes that are to big!! Clarkes need to up their game.

For fitted shoes, Specialise in wide fittings, low & no arches, high I steps and other shoe fitting issues from young to old. Can be expensive. But shoes are made of tough stuff and do last well.
