The shop was very tidy and they have probably the best selection of Footware on the high street. Very impressed - Thank you Schuh

J. H.I recently ordered some converse and they were faulty, one of the rings where the laces go through was missing. I am giving schuh 5 stars for their excellent customer service!
I called straight away and the lady was very apologetic and sent a new pair out. She told me they might take up to a week with the delay at the moment. They came the next day! I have sent the faulty ones back easily and received back pay for the delivery cost.
